I recently had a disappointing experience at Starbucks, which compelled me to share my feedback. While my sister and I ordered three drinks, the service was generally unfriendly.Upon receiving our orders, my sister's drink lacked the sugar-free vanilla syrup she had requested. After flagging down a passing employee for assistance, she kindly arranged for extra syrup to be provided. However, the rest of our order was neglected, with my drinks left untouched on the table until I had to ask flag down another employee to pass them to me. (Drive thru window was unattended the whole time I was there)Unfortunately, upon tasting my drink at home, I discovered it also lacked syrup, as did my husband's. Despite reaching out to Starbucks to communicate the issue, the response was lackluster, leaving me feeling frustrated.Considering the premium prices and the inconvenience of the location, a 15-minute drive from home, this experience was far from the pleasant standard I expect from Starbucks. Adequate training and attention to detail are crucial from the drive-through to the final product, ensuring every customer receives the quality service they deserve.

There are usually enough staff on duty to deliver excellent services.There are some drinks offered for limited time, ie cookie crumbles, s'mores for those whom are in need of a sugar and caffeine buzz.Check for promo on Starbucks appThey do get busy

Probably the worse Starbuck I’ve visited. No surprise reading the other reviews. The service is bad. No one called to tell us our drinks were ready, so I had to go check myself because it’s been awhile since I ordered.When I finally got my drink there was caramel spilling to the sides. Had to grab some napkins to wipe the side of the drinks and go wash my hands ?♂️ definitely don’t recommend coming here and I won’t be back.

This is twice that I come inside and get ignored. But what makes it worse is my order is always wrong when I come inside. Have the baristas take the front register because the people who have the headsets can clearly not hear anything. I wanted to try a new item in the menu. The oleato cafe latte and I was given a regular cafe latte. How annoying it was to go to my destination and have my order wrong. And I went around 10:30 so it wasn't rush hour or anything. All because I was ignored and the only person who helped me could not hear me with the headset on and rang me up for the wrong drink. Hey it together. Customers don't want to be paying $7 for a drink and not get what they want.
They can never get my order right. One day they're going to get sued for messing up an order. Especially FOR SOMEONE WITH A SEVERE EGG ALLERGY! This has happened 3x already!
