I have to say that the service has really improved at this location over the past month or so. The coffee is being made exactly as I ordered it, the baristas are smiling and friendly and the music is at a comfortable level for conversation. I especially want to thank Willow for both her kindness and award winning smile!

The worst coffee I have ever had from Starbucks. It was cold and was nothing but water. I hope someone fixes this place because it was so bad I wanted a refund. I poured it out my window. I even asked for an extra shot of expresso and my cup was ready before I paid… they gave me something sitting on the counter.

This store really needs improvement on their mobile orders and costumer service. I went inside to pick up my order and my drink was sitting there without no food. I give them some time to give me my food but 10 minutes had passed and nothing. When I asked the barista she gave me an attitude and made my 2 burritos. I let it go and thanked her. However because she decided to rush my food both of my burritos were super cold in the middle. I understand starbucks gets a lot of costumers in a day but if i’m being polite to you as a client and the staff is rude and on top of that not give me quality food that i’m paying for that’s not ok.

I go to Starbucks at least once or twice a week in the Gwinnett area and this has been the best service and the fastest. They greet you when you walk in and when you leave my drink was exactly what I ordered light ice and extra base and toppings and it was perfect. You guys are doing amazing. Thank you.

I order the same drink every morning, and it's wrong over half of the time. I don't understand why . I'm so frustrated I shouldn't have to spend so much time trying to get my drink made correctly. I spend almost 8 dollars with tip for a drink that is wrong. I think I'll go to dunkin' and see if they can get it right.

Great location! I’ve never really had an issue that wasn’t fixable. They are always happy to remake anything. I love it when they give me new drink recommendations. The staff is friendly and attentive.
