I go to Starbucks at least once or twice a week in the Gwinnett area and this has been the best service and the fastest. They greet you when you walk in and when you leave my drink was exactly what I ordered light ice and extra base and toppings and it was perfect. You guys are doing amazing. Thank you.
I have been very critical of this location when it comes to service, but I must say on my last several visits they have dramatically improve their customer service. I hope they keep this up.

I have to say that the service has really improved at this location over the past month or so. The coffee is being made exactly as I ordered it, the baristas are smiling and friendly and the music is at a comfortable level for conversation.
