I'm only giving them 1 star, because they were closed on Wednesday around lunch time. I'm from Augusta and it's almost a 3 hour drive. Since I had to take my daughter to Atlanta, I really wanted to stop by the sugarmill mall because I saw this place online and was looking forward to it. Unfortunately, they were closed and I went next door to Mr Cow and they were pretty good and it was something new that I've never tried. Maybe next time, if you're open. I would love to try the chili slaw dog.

The food here is usually great, but this location seems to be closed. Walked past the location two days in a row and it is locked up, with no posted updates on the outside. The business hours on Google have not been updated and say that it should be open, but no one's inside. Hope it re-opens someday.

We have eaten here before, but they've been closed lately and just opened today under new management. Wow! The customer service here was off the charts great! The food was as wonderful as we remembered. I had the Boston hot dog with baked beans, bacon and onions. The baked beans weren't really baked beans but regular beans in tomato sauce, but still, very tasty. I think it was because of the bacon bits that it tasted so good. I also had onion rings. Very tasty, although I would have loved to have more. My husband had the j*** chicken hot dog which had pineapple. He really liked that and he had sweet potato fries for his side. Toni, our cashier was extremely friendly and helpful and took great care of us. When we needed anything someone was right on it (napkins, plastic ware). The food was brought out in a reasonable amount of time and was hot! We'll definitely be back!

I'm going to give this place 3 stars simply bc the hot dog is good but lawd the customer service?!? Just throw it away in the trash! I show, they aren't welcoming. No hello.Placed orderLeft tip.Received food. Told them to have a good day, no eye contact or response. What is wrong with these people ?!? The establishment barely has any business mainly bc the workers aren't welcoming and considering a Korean dog place is next door ( their hot dogs are terrible by the way) is going to put them out of business simply bc of the terrible customer service here. I would hate to see this establishment close because of it but from the looks of it, it will soon happen. Good luck.

Let's just say service and food was not what I expect. Order two combos. First combo came out in about 5 min. I was told they were still working on the other one. 15 min later I was asked if I had gotten the second order. I said no. He said let me check on it. 5 minutes later I got the Second order. It should not take 25 min to cook a polish sausage and put it on a bun. It was charred on the outside and dry. Very over cooked.

?️?Don't tip here! I purchased a dog. After paying & including a tip, the ghetto worker informed me one of the ingredients they did not have. I requested a refund. Is asked if cash was ok. I agreed but noticed he didn't include the tip. He said tip was non-refundable. Not to mention never thanking me for the tip. I asked him for the cash in the tip jar as I shouldn't tip for a product I never received. He got very indignant & said No!

Got the surf and turf dog. Two pieces tomato and leaf of lettuce and about 6 fried stuff. In my opinion it does not with the 8.99 and it said lump crab meat. I defiantly didn't get that. All I taste was my lettuce, tomato , bun and dog. Customer service was alright. Hours of operations inconsistent.
If you are near the Sugar loaf mill mall you must go visit The Original Hotdog Factory across from Dave & Busters. The owner is extremely friendly and helpful and I can honestly this is the rare exception when the food looks and tastes better than the picture on the menu. They load you down with toppings on your hotdog and they are amazing. We had the Texas rodeo dog and the loaded factory fries. My daughter had the corn dog nuggets. All outstanding and fresh. Go give them a try!

The food was ok. It definitely was not worth the 35 minutes wait for 3 dogs. I understand the worker shortage, but there were 2 people working. The problem was they only worked 1 order at a time. There were about 10 orders, so they should have had more dogs cooking. Poor management and training.

I haven’t been to this location but the newly opened one in Lawrenceville is atrocious. The staff doesn’t know what they’re doing. They seem like unemployed relatives of mr Dennis that needed a job. No king of hot dogs would ever run a store like this one. It’s not rocket science go in and teach them people how to make a hot dog. That place is terrible. I mean the food, the service, the staff allOf it. It’s actually embarrassing for a black owned business.

The customer service is awful and the food was bland . I have been to the location in Atlanta and it is finer. The boys there are rude and move at a slow pace. They do not care to give decent customer service but expect a tip. As well they make you pay first before telling you your price and they do not care to give people their receipt. The boys there act as if they do not want to work and take a long time to assist the customers. Overall just not acceptable!
