I placed my order online, but when I arrived, I still had to wait just to say I was picking up a mobile order. I was told the ghost pepper wings were not ready. They didn't know how long it would be because the cook was filtering the grease. I wasted ten minutes just to hear what I ordered was not ready. I asked what could I get as a replacement. Always bad service no matter time of day. Management and employees degrade paying customers. Heard some employee say get in line to door dash employee and said if you don't like it leave in front of a packed lobby full of customers. Employees are worried about cellphone calls and texts rather than customers. Always leaving something out on last 3 orders. Worst popeye's service in town.
