So I'm here at this location at 7:30am today after work to grab breakfast otw home and there are actually chains on the door but the open sign is on. I called to see if someone e would answer and a light skinned woman with a red hoodie walked up near the front register in clear view of me at the door and she not only ignored me, but also ignored my phone call (which I could hear ringing)....I couldn't get a "could you wait one moment or anything she just vanished from the front. I tried to call again and of course my call was ignored yet again.

The only reason that I give this restaurant to one star is because of the nasty attitude of the manager that was on duty. I didn’t get her name, but there was clearly a now hiring sign on the door and when I asked her how do I apply she looked me up and down and looked at my table guest and said they weren’t hiring. But CLEARLY they need help because they had ONE server serving half the restaurant which caused our wait for our food and drinks to be extremely long. When I asked her about not hiring when clearly it’s a hiring sign on the door she stated they’re looking for “a certain kind of person” which is discrimination!!! What’s slap in the face when I spent $150 for my party. I will never go back to this location. Also I’ve tried to contact the owner but haven’t been able to so maybe they will reply to this review.

The service was extremely horrible and the server needs more customers service training. She got the order wrong after asking 3 times, was told no mushrooms in both yet she bought back one with mushrooms. Then we asked for 1 cup coffee and 2 orange juice she only brought 1 orange juice. Then when it was time to pay she gave someone else bill, after I told her it's not my bill she gave me just the customers copy and I asking for the merchant copy she letting me know it doesn't matter and gave me an itemize of what we ate. Finally she went back and got the merchant copy. I even asked for a box to put my left over she never gave me the box. It was the nice young lady who was more professional she had just got to work went and gave me the box. That's unacceptable.

It was a busy Sunday lunch service so the hostess was seating tables when we arrived. We waited about 5 minutes before she returned to seat us. From the kitchen we could hear a lot of cursing about mistakes being made with the food preparation. Once we were seated we waited about 10 minutes before our server arrived. We ordered and after another 10 minutes the food arrived. The food was mediocre but not as bad as the service. We had never been to this location before and we probably won't go back.

Cowboy burger bun was stale & burnt, with one onion ring, and no BBQ sauce. The chicken sandwich bun was burnt, and had no sauce. Very disappointing to say the least. Not to mention the person at the counter had an attitude and thought I took her pen?
Service and food was terrible. Regular dinnerware serving with plastic forks and was told if we wanted regular silverwarecwe had to ask. Didn't make sense at all. My husband ask for the sampler plate and he did not get that. Bacon was raw. Potatoes tasted hard. Husband had to wait for French toast that tasted like just bread. Worst place I have ever been . Not all Ihops are like this

I'm disappointed. I ordered the 2x2x2 eggs, bacon, and ham.. I asked if I could get 4 bacon.. no ham.. supervisor said yes. Ok that's what I'll have. I get home on this 22° night I have 2 strips of bacon and the eggs.. ihop shorted me 2strips of bacon. This is not the 1st time.. it happened a year or so ago, I stopped going to that location. I may just have to do that for good.
