“Ordered online, took me about 30 minutes to get there which was A okay with me. By the time I got there the food was done and ready. All the condiments were in the bag and when I got to my car I checked the food and it was all still warm and it tasted amazing as well.

Despite the negative reviews, if I am in the area, I will definitely order from here again! 10/10.”

“My family and I went around 8 and sat in a section rather empty but that was honestly preferred by me since my son is extremely extroverted. Jeffery was our Server and the food was good to all of us it usually is pretty good, it's the service that usually makes us hesitant but he was by far the best part of the visit...He was the best server we have had there. Whenever we go back that is who we will ask for because it has been a while anywhere not just there that we have received that great of service. I appreciate the laughs and how well he did with my son. We came in happy but left excited to come back! Excellent job! Give that man a raise bonus something!”

“I have been here three times in the past few months. Each time it has been consistent. The food is hot, fresh and the service is amazing. I had a Philly sandwich the first time. Catfish the second time. The most recent visit I had the sisters special. This was my favorite meal. It was so much food for the amount of money. It’s a little bit of everything breakfast wise. Amber is an amazing server. I never had to ask for anything. She made sure we had full glasses,extra napkins and plenty of condiments. Everyone in the restaurant work together as a team to make sure everyone is well taking care of. My visits has been on the way to Growers outlet. I would drive here from lilburn just to eat and make sure to keep them in business. It’s worth the drive which really isn’t that far.In a post covid world. It’s refreshing to find great food and service.”

“We go about once a week for dinner. Tonight I had the Seafood Platter - it was huge and delicious! Everything was lightly battered, crisp, and not greasy (catfish and fried shrimp). The restaurant was full but every single staff member was welcoming and friendly. We love going there!”

It was nice and hot, the flavors in my mouth were spectacular along with the sweetness of the meat, the freshness of veggies and the crunch of the pickle!! Chefs kiss. Service was so friendly and warm and they had that baby ready in two shakes and bakes, it came out super quick. The team members were very friendly. “Love going here during the week, but sadly they put out sea food on Sundays and holidays, charge extra for it, and subtract items that I can eat. So if choosing to go on a Sunday, expect to pay more, just cause they put out sea food, which I can’t eat, and I’m stuck paying more $$$ for less options. Should offer regular meal prices for non-sea food guest”

Variety of food: 5 stars. Standard Jamaican restaurant offerings such as curry chicken, stew chicken, goat, jerk chicken, jerk pasta, patties, rice and peas . They have desserts, drinks as well.

Customer service: 5 stars. They are nice here. No rudeness at all. Very positive vibes here.

Consistency of food: 4 stars most new restaurants struggle with consistency. This place is new and they will find their balance. The first time I had rice and peas it was WONDERFUL. perfectly seasoned, plenty of peas. I could taste all of the flavor there. The second time I had rice and peas I noticed that it has less peas in it, but I could still taste the flavor. Not as much as the first time, but I could definitely still taste it. The third time I had rice and peas, it was even less peas, and the flavor was less. So, I didn't know what going on with it, but bring back the first version. Jerk chicken consistency had been good. I only got Brown Stew once. Cabbage was cold and dry the first time, but very good the next three times. Plantain is ALWAYS done right. Soft, sweet, perfectly cooked, everytime

Taste of food: 4 stars. Due to consistency I can't give 5 stars, but it is really good. Once they find their stride, I think this place will do well. Just don't skimp on the rice and peas, we notice it.

Price: 5 stars, they are affordable.

The management here has improved tremendously i was coming here during covid and i had stopped because how unprofessional and unpleasant this store was. I decided to give this store another shot after a bad experience with another location in Monroe. The store looked very clean, smelt clean, and the service is received was exceptional. My food was delicious! I ordered a 26 and it was so fresh. The cheese was CHEESINNNNN. A+++ to management and staff. You have a loyal customer again

“Went here just before they closed to try something different instead of wings. They did not disappoint. The place is really clean and has plenty of nice clean highback booths and a area in the center chained of with what I believe was two big tables, most likely for large parties. The cashier was very polite and attentive. I tried the fish and shrimp combo. You can choose Whiting, tilapia or catfish. I got the Whiting with fries and shrimp and a Arnold Palmer to go. When I got my food I got two nice size pieces of Whiting and 5 large shrimp. Hot, fresh and seasoned just right. Had not been to a decent fish spot in Gwinnett before but fortunately I ventured here. And also the manager was nice too. Ill be back with family soon. Thanks for the good experience.”

Portions are generous, pricing is very reasonable (one order will feed two people or better yet leave enough for leftovers the next day) and the options are enough that you can eat here multiple times a week and always have a different choice. Highly recommended.”
