“This was the most magnificent sandwich I’ve ever tasted. I may be dramatic but when I took that first bite of that club on a sub after a 8 hour shift, I transcended. It was nice and hot, the flavors in my mouth were spectacular along with the sweetness of the meat, the freshness of veggies and the crunch of the pickle!! Chefs kiss. Service was so friendly and warm and they had that baby ready in two shakes and bakes, it came out super quick. The team members were very friendly. Variety of food: 5 stars. Standard Jamaican restaurant offerings such as curry chicken, stew chicken, goat, jerk chicken, jerk pasta, patties, rice and peas . They have desserts, drinks as well.

Customer service: 5 stars. They are nice here. No rudeness at all. Very positive vibes here.

Consistency of food: 4 stars most new restaurants struggle with consistency. This place is new and they will find their balance. The first time I had rice and peas it was WONDERFUL. perfectly seasoned, plenty of peas. I could taste all of the flavor there. The second time I had rice and peas I noticed that it has less peas in it, but I could still taste the flavor. Not as much as the first time, but I could definitely still taste it. The third time I had rice and peas, it was even less peas, and the flavor was less. So, I didn't know what going on with it, but bring back the first version. Jerk chicken consistency had been good. I only got Brown Stew once. Cabbage was cold and dry the first time, but very good the next three times. Plantain is ALWAYS done right. Soft, sweet, perfectly cooked, everytime

Taste of food: 4 stars. Due to consistency I can't give 5 stars, but it is really good. Once they find their stride, I think this place will do well. Just don't skimp on the rice and peas, we notice it.

Price: 5 stars, they are affordable.

So if choosing to go on a Sunday, expect to pay more, just cause they put out sea food, which I can’t eat, and I’m stuck paying more $$$ for less options. They had a hard time checking me out with my gift card, but they constantly apologized and eventually figured out the problem. The manager Summer, made it a teaching moment and showed the cashiers what went wrong and how to handle the situation in the future.I will definitely be back again.

Their prices are competitive, and cashiers are professional and customer focused. While it appears that most customers order takeout, I wouldn't mind having a date or meeting there because the environment is low-key and quiet, and the bathrooms are clean.

The management here has improved tremendously i was coming here during covid and i had stopped because how unprofessional and unpleasant this store was. I decided to give this store another shot after a bad experience with another location in Monroe. The store looked very clean, smelt clean, and the service is received was exceptional. My food was delicious! I ordered a 26 and it was so fresh. The cheese was CHEESINNNNN. A+++ to management and staff. You have a loyal customer again
