I use to work at this location back in 2021; a few things have changed since I've last worked there and I still know the owner and a few of the people. The owner changed their hours for closing from 10pm to now 9pm because the other restaurant he opened up closes at 9 and found it easier if both his restaurants closed at the same time.
I've worked at this location a long time ago, the "rude" lady you guys are always mentioning, is actually really sweet. However, if you catch an attitude she will match your energy. She sounds like she has an attitude because that's how she speaks. They got a new latte machine so it shouldn't taste burnt. I still come visit the people I use to work with (even though now it's more new people) and they are so welcoming, I never have an issue anytime I go. I always have a back up...read full review

Ordered 2 hot mocha lattes. Got to the pick up counter and picked them up ,they felt really light . Opened them up and poured one into the other and it filled it up ,got one cup for the price of 2 . Showed it to the lady and she said our machine does that . No refund on other cup !!! STRIKE THREE ON DUNKIN DONUT! SAVING MYSELF ABOUT 70 DOLLARS A WEEK NOW.
