I don't like giving bad reviews because behavior of the workers aren't always the reflection of the management or ownership, but today is inexcusable for a business. I'm just going to list the concerns I have with this location. 1) they were actually on the phone when they were taking my order and didn't get off even when giving me my order. 2) 1 of my breakfast sandwich was cold and seemed old. 3) I asked to remove the insides of my bagel and they didn't. 4) I asked for hot chocolate in my coffee and that wasn't done. Honestly this all probably happened because he was on the phone and didn't ensure good communication to the other person or neither one of them was on there game today, but either way, it's unacceptable to deliver that service to customers.

waited 20 minutes in curbside for an iced coffee and single donut… had to walk inside and have the employees act as though it was my fault they didn’t do their jobs. def won’t be coming back here lol

Wasn’t very clean. My coffee wasn’t sweet-so I added more sugar when I stirred the packets I added I found all the sugar the employee added. Clearly they didn’t stir it at all..

For the baskin-Robbin's side; tried to place an order online for delivery and it was cancelled twice with the only explanation being "out of product"We called the store to see which item - ingredient was out so we could adjust. The rude guy that answered said "yup we are out of that". But I never said an item. When I followed up, the guy said "look, whatever it is you want, we are out of that". And hung up. Please hire people with something higher than a room temperature IQ

This location ran out of glazed doughnuts in the middle of the day. Refused to toast a bagel lightly. Tired of the subpar service and never actually having product.
