Food is always good, but I just waited almost an HOUR for a mobile order. An HOUR. In my opinion those should always be ready to go as soon as you check in. Completely defeats the purpose and I wonder if the employees even care about the service they are giving. Is this place running on a skeleton crew or is it just slow? It wasn't like this years ago. I'm about to start going to another location after this.

This location has been the best one in the area, conyers and covington locations are not worth going to. This location has always had good service and they are not always out of stuff like the other locations. Definitely worth a extra few miles of a drive to get what you want.

If you pull up after 930, they tell you at the order speaker that every order is going to be 25-30 min. Then the little girl at the window barley put her hand out the service window so I had to pull out my go go gadget arm to reach my change and food. I ordered my food at 940 and she used her T-Rex arms to hand it to me at 950.

Lately, my food is burnt or cold. Got a corn dog yesterday, and it was cold. Went there last week and pulled into area to park and order, pushed the red button, and it stated they would be with me in a bit. Waited 15 minutes and pushed the button again. The lady came on and informed me it was drive thru only. I said it would have been nice to know earlier. Rudely, she said I would have told you if I had known you were there.

Service has gone completely down in the past few years. I shouldn’t even get upset because the service level has been horrible for the past few years. I hate that so much because the food can be great.

What's in a nice spot. But took forever to even speak to me. Then when I hit her they asked me to move my car closer to them. By the time I got my food it was kind of cold

I waited an hour for 2 corn dogs and onion rings. I was hearing them tell other people that there would be a 30 to 45 minute delay because they were backed up. When I asked about my order at the hour mark, they said it would be another 10-15 minutes. When I said that it had already been an hour, they asked what I had ordered. I think they forgot about me. They brought it out a few minutes later and it was hot and fresh.On other days when I get fries, they are never good. They are limp and oily. They may be fried in old oil.
