Jazaylah rang me up for the wrong thing and then caught an attitude when I came back, tried to argue with me saying i ordered a number 3 when i ordered a number 13 and snatched the bag. Never been argued with about my order in my life lol. I come to dairy queen on break everyday and never had a problem. That’ll be the last time cause the customer service is ridiculous.

September 29th 2023 I ordered 1 chilli cheese combo and 1 number one combo cut in half. Got to the window and paid $18.42. Asked for my drinks and he says I didn't say what kind of drink I wanted. So he rung me up as just a chilli cheese dog the burger and two fries. So the manager comes and asked what was the problem I stated I didn't get my drinks with my combos that your worker decided to change on his own even though I asked for combos. She processed to charge me for my two drinks which came up to an extra seven dollars. On top of that the chilli cheese dog had so much chilli on it you couldn't even pick it up to eat it.

This is a message to management. I love you guys but PLEASE get the ice cream machine fixed. Blizzards are not supposed to look like milk shakes. Every single time I order ice cream from this location I have to put the ice cream in the freezer. At this point, I'm just going to start ordering milkshakes. I am only complaining now because my Dad was really craving a blizzard and I wanted to make him happy, he was so sad when he saw the blizzard and could't even eat it. He told me I should take it back and that he never saw a blizzard that looked like that.

We went for a late ice cream run and Desirae was working the drive thru and she was AWESOME!! She has great customer service skills, extremely kind, had a beautiful smile! That was the best banana split I ever had!!!

Not a single car at the window or drive thru and I still sat there for 10 minutes waiting for someone to take my order until I gave up and went inside
The honey BBQ strips are delicious they soak them n way more sauce than the other locations

Waited 10 mins after ordering 2 bacon cheese burgers. We were thinking they were going to be fresh and hot. Also asked for a cup holder for my drinks and when she opened the window I heard if they wanted a cup holder they should of went to McDonald's. Wrong answe for that one. When I got home the fries were warmer then the burger. Like the burger sat on the warmer for to long. I was the only one at the drive threw. I guess I will stick with culvers.

The owner is super nice. I was picking up for delivery and he offered me something to eat AND drink while I waited. You don't get good customer service like that often lol.

The guys were killing it!!! I had the pleasure of being served by two kind people Mr. Jordan and Ms. Zion. They literally took my order and had me all set within 5 mins. They were super polite and fast! This is the only DQ I’ll go to. Thank you for taking care of me truly phenomenal service. The best you’ll get on exit 6!!! Food was also delicious!
