The area reminds me of Lafayette Square in Indianapolis where you could eat at MCL. I look forward to going again and able to spend more time. My food choices were seasoned just right.
It's okay. If you're hungry, you will leave full, if not, it's your fault. It's noisy and I'm glad we were there when it wasn't too crowded. They do replenish the food frequently. The baked fish, fried okra, and creamed corn are really good, and my iced tea never went empty. The green beans smelled like cigarette smoke and that kind of raised my ick factor. The food was fresh and hot. They were replacing and adding food the entire time we were there. I wanted more with the dessert selection, but I was satisfied with a piece of pecan pie. Will definitely return.
