Just spent over $40 on sandwiched for me& my family! To discover the Manager who prepared the sandwiches was rude, & very disrespectful! My family eat onions and she didn't tell us beforehand that she didn't have the onions cut up! So we decided to wait, but unfortunately we waited for over 45 minutes! Til finally she showed no customer respect to prepared the onions in a timely way! But only say that she was the only one working, also said that she was training! Very unprofessional as a Manager representing a Fortune 500 company!

I purchased over $40 of food and I wasn't told that the store didn't wasn't out of onions until the last min . The young lady had a very bad attitude.. and was very distressed and if she can't perform her job role. She also states she has alot going on she working alone and that she training serveral individuals and complaining about her job and how things have been for her the entire morning. Very bad service will not eat here again or recommend anyone to visit this subway.

Where do I even start! The bread was so hard, it was crunchy and flaking every where. Lettuce had started turning brown. Tomatoes wasn't fresh either. The lady was finishing an order. Another employee, I'm assuming a manager, was sitting there with people that just been hired. I'm standing in line about 10 minutes before she jumps up with what seems to be an attitude, and ask me questions back to back while getting gloves. "What you want, what kind of bread, what kind of cheese," then she was rushing me as I was telling her what I wanted on my sandwich all she kept saying was "keep going, keep going" and then she kept trying to get me to get stuff on my sandwich that I don't eat on my sandwich. And just because they was nasty and rude and this behavior seems to be ongoing from the comments, I will be calling cooperate and I wish other people would too.

The worker was rude, searching for conflict and lazy. I have complained about this person several times. Obviously, it's irrelevant. I will keep putting up reviews until the service improves. There is a gentleman who works that shift that understands customer service. This woman should be fired. We can only guess how much you have lost as a result if this lack of customer service.

Very upset with the sandwich artist who served me today. With only one party of two in front of me, it took nearly 30 minutes before my order was even initiated- it seemed like he knew the woman in front of me and had a full conversation with her throughout her transaction. When their order wrapped up and he finally began taking my order, he wouldn’t let me proceed until I guessed his name. He cut me off when I was speaking several times and he bragged that he scheduled a 17-year-old to close for her first time ever tonight because it was the night night of her prom and he was “annoyed” hearing her talk about it. Shame on you, Romeo.

If I couldn’t I wouldn’t give this place one star the supposedly owner April was rude sweating n wiping the sweat with the same gloves he serves his customers with also doesn’t think about changing them between he was trying to rush customers out the door and overall unprofessional now if he spent time in his day to do his hair wax that mustache and put a clean uniform on before getting smart he wouldn’t have to worry definitely calling sanitation department to look and the fda smh

Very dark around business...need lighting to feel safe! Bread tasted old...didn't even have mustard..not a good experience at all....doubtful I will go back...

Do not eat here.The employees don't wash their hands enough. I've seen them touching food without gloves. And playing on their phones or touching their skin without washing their hands.There's currently no manager at this location, so good luck if you have an issue with anything.The area coach is sorry and doesn't train employees, puts them on the floor with the knowledge that they aren't trained, but still expects them to know how to do their job. On top of expecting them to work a month without getting paid. Due to an error on management's end. You obviously don't need employees that bad if you're willing to fire someone that's asking for their paycheck so they can work.You guys are weird.

Food was fresh, workers were very friendly...looked like they had just been serving lots of folks..guy in front of us bought 6 to eight different sandwiches...
