“I called in the day before to explain I was going to need a fairly large order to go for a local nursing home. I needed a gallon of hot chocolate and two dozen donuts. They recommended the large 100oz JOE BOX with hot chocolate. So I gave them my name and cell number and pickup time. Next day when I arrived, nobody knew anything about my order so I had to wait 20 while it was made. Then after paying I was told " you should have used the app and you would have saved quite a bit of money". Oh ok, so why wasn't I told that the day before? Basically I ended up having to WAIT and pay FULL PRICE. Donuts and hot chocolate were good but not exactly the experience it should have been.“
