No cars in parking lot, no on to take drive thru orders. Walked inside and said they were too busy with a big order to service the drive thru. No surprise they are fill for

Customer service here is not a priority. The staff is very rude and ghetto. I placed a mobile order for pick up in drive thru. The extremely aggressive and rude employee refused to complete my order said I have to come in to get it then proceeded to run and lock the door before my man could get out the car and go in. I never got my order and I already paid. Now I have to wait for someone to get back with me.

The workers are rude, mainly the management which then trickles down to the staff. They also charge for sauce which just seems money grubbing and tacky. They would never do this in Kennesaw any other affluent area because those people understand how to run a franchise. This location also doesn’t cook the food based off of the recipe specifications. It seems as if they just throw food in the fryer and take it out when they think it’s ready. Overcooked and undercooked food is a norm here. Austell Rd needs a ton of help. It didn’t used to be so bad years prior. Needs completely new staff who care about the customer experience.

Is ghetto and little kids in there just now leaving set in the drive-through saying hello hello hello and nobody took my order and they’re not closed. When I drove away they were just standing around talking. UPDATE! Year later and they still ghetto as hell and the lady is rude. My bad you chose this as your occupation

This location seems to hire slow people who can't read or get orders out the door. I hope they bulldozer this location and build condominiums.

Most fast food chains are making a come back slow but steady, however personnal sometimes lack the skill of a more timely service whether it's insufficient staff or insufficient training, but I have faith that these areas will be addressed and once again Burger king will be at the top of it

Communication is incredibly important in managing morning staff, as it plays a crucial role in ensuring productivity, coordination, and overall employee satisfaction. Here are some key aspects highlighting the importance of communication:1. Clear instructions: Effective communication ensures that staff members understand their responsibilities and tasks for the morning shift. Clear instructions reduce confusion, prevent errors, and enable employees to perform their duties efficiently.2. Goal alignment: Communicating goals and objectives to the morning staff helps align everyone's efforts towards a common target. When employees understand the bigger picture, they can work together cohesively and make better decisions in achieving these goals.3. Team coordination: Morning staff often work together on various tasks, such as opening procedures, setting up equipment, or organizing workspaces. Good communication ensures that tasks are delegated appropriately, everyone knows their role, and collaboration is smooth.4. Problem-solving: Effective communication channels, such as daily briefings or team meetings, provide opportunities for staff members to discuss challenges they may encounter during the morning shift. Open lines of communication enable quick problem-solving and the sharing of innovative ideas.5. Feedback and recognition: Regular communication allows managers to provide feedback to the morning staff on their performance, highlighting areas of improvement and recognizing their accomplishments. This encourages a positive work environment and motivates employees to excel.6. Employee engagement: Communication fosters a sense of trust and transparency between managers and the morning staff. It creates an inclusive work environment where employees feel comfortable sharing their thoughts, concerns, and suggestions, leading to increased engagement and job satisfaction.Remember, effective communication is a two-way process. Managers should not only deliver information but also actively listen to their staff, encourage open dialogue, and be approachable. Clear and consistent communication sets the foundation for successful management of morning staff.

This location does not allow online orders to be picked up in the drive-thru. This prevents people from using any app deals in the drive-thru and is a despicable business practice. I sincerely hope corporate forces this absurd policy to change.
