The cashier was sweet old man named ronnie, but he should not be taking orders as a cashier. It took 5min to order 3 fast things. He kept forgetting one of my orders and didnt even get them right. I ordered a large latte, donut, and two sandwiches. I didnt even get one of my sandwiches and my latte was not a latte, it was flavored coffee with no foam.. Not only was the cashier very incompetent but so was the other staff that did not assist this poor old man that shouldnt be working when he was obviously struggling.

Customer service was nonexistant. I waited for quite a qhile for a cashier to show up. Then when I tried to ask him a question about a menu item not on the kiosk, he just proceeded to take the drive thru order instead. The kiosk unfortunately isn’t comprehensive, which is too bad since the cashiers aren’t delivering good customer service. I won’t return.

Lately every time I come to this location no one answers at the drive-thru and if they do they tell me to wait for several minutes (when im the only car there…) recently when I was served, the bagel I ordered was definitely stale. It’s such a shame because I love Dunkin, but there doesn’t seem to be a point to go to this one anymore since it’s difficult to even get an order in :/

We walked up and no one greeted us. There were 3 workers and I asked a young man if anyone was available to help customers. He said to use the kiosk. I said I wanted to make sure the donuts were available before ordering. We ordered and there was a lot of milling @ and finally got our donuts. They were average good but customer service needs improvement and customer service training.
Terrible! Incompetent staff and rude female manager. I pulled into the drive-through, and I was the only car in line. No one answered. When I tried to order, a staff member told me to wait. After several minutes of waiting 4-5 more cars lined up behind me in the drive-through. I got tired of waiting and drove up to the window, where the manager refused to help me. I asked if I could order at the window instead, as no one was assisting at the drive-through. She said n”No, I’m sorry—you’ll have to drive around again and order in the drive-through.” Horrible service.

Just had the absolute worst experience I've ever had at Dunkin. We ordered online then waited for a few minutes at the window and didnt see any workers inside. We tapped on the window to make sure there were employees inside and Darnell came to the window and yelled at us for tapping. He said to never do it again ever and that he was going to make our drinks more slowly. He then repeated to never ever tap on his window again and I was just shocked. His over reaction was completely unacceptable and we let him know that we didnt mean any offense by tapping. He reacted with a blank stare. I believe Darnell would really benefit from anger management courses and his managers should know that he is literally scaring customers away.

DO NOT GO INSIDE TO ORDER!!!!!! The very simple process of ordering a couple of Donuts has been complicated to point of stupidity!! They completely ignored the counter and expect ALL order to be punched through a kiosk. Go to Marrietta Donuts instead. FRESH DONUTS and a polite owner.
