My grandpa comes in here often to order for himself and his wife who is in at home care. Mario and Carlos go above and beyond to make sure he is taken care of. I can’t tell you how nice it was to walk into this Jersey Mikes to pick up an order for my grandpa and have Mario and Carlos ask how my family was doing. I feel very happy knowing that my grandpa has support like this in places you would never imagine it coming from. Thank you Mario and Carlos — you are a blessing to our family.

The food was expensive. I paid 30.00 for my food and it was not worth it. I've been to Jersey Mike's before, but this location is trash. Not quality at all I feel like I should've just gone to Publix.

This has always been one of top two fav sandwich places for my fiancé and me. However upon our last order yesterday (10/27/23) I was absolutely shocked when our 2 delivered white bread sandwiches had been switched out for wheat bread instead with only a message written on the sub wrappingpaper with marker that said "Sorry, We ran out of white bread". Not only could this be an allergy problem for some people but we both arent fans of wheat and they never even said anything beforehand. REALLY? Get it together. That's terrible service.

I go here all the time, they are always great. This time, I ordered online and got the wrong size sandwich. They quickly fixed me another sandwich and offered a free one for next visit. Even offered to drive it to me, if I was far away. Went above and beyond.

Whatever you do, don't place an order here online (Uber eats) on the weekend. When they get busy, they start ignoring the online orders, then lie to the drivers and claim "it's already been picked up". This happened to me once on a previous weekend and twice in a row when I placed two back to backnorders today, both ultimately canceled because supposedly "it was already picked up". The owner/manager of this franchise either needs to replace these lieing customer no-service employees, or take this location off the online order sites. Ridiculous.

Need to prioritize the customers actually waiting in line before making sandwiches for online orders...... Stood and watched them for 5-10 mins making other people's orders. Stuff like this really turns me off from businesses.

Yes. VERY poor service. I walked in and left! White guy was sitting at a hightop table on his phone while he was supposed to be making a to go order when I walked in. He saw me and got up to finish making it to go orders. He did not say hello or anything to me. I waited 3 to 4 minutes for someone else in the kitchen to walk out to take my order. Leaving-The white guy behind the counter said have a great day to me, being a smart a***

very poor customer service, and they have an attitude even when you tip them. I can order from home wait 10 minutes go to the store and the order is still not ready while other people waiting in line get served before me. There's something going on in that store that's not right. To prove that they don't give a damn about anything they're online menu does not have all their sub selection. I go to Publix now instead and save money and I don't have to tip them.
