This is one of the best Moe's I've been to. The staff is friendly, the restaurant is clean and the food is HOT, not luke warm like some others I've been to.

When did moes go downhill? Really disappointed in the rude service and the food. I ordered queso and was given about ten chips including my meal and there was hardly any salsa out. Really disappointing experience as I remember Moes was great a few years ago. Better options out there for the money.

I used this Moe's for catering a work lunch. They had the food ready to go right when they said they would, and it tasted great. The meat portions didn't go as far as it said it would on the website when ordering, but I attribute that to having lots of hungry employees to feed! So if you do catering, I'd suggest getting a little extra meat.

First and last time going to Moe’s on Barrett Parkway. We stopped in to this particular location on a Monday night, Ordered our food (staff was friendly enough), we get home and we are missing items but we have small children and it was already late. So I grab my receipt and call the store, 5 calls later, I decide to leave a voicemail since they wouldn’t pick up. I leave my name, number, my receipt number, and what was missing. I simply was asking for a refund for the items I didn’t get to eat. Tuesday I try calling again 3 times, and leave a voicemail, no return call. Wednesday I call and get an associate on the phone who tells me the manager is busy at the moment and asked me to wait then 10 minutes go by and the associate proceeded to tell me that the manager actually wasn’t there but he did take my name/ number and assured me the manger would call me back. Long story short I have never received a call back or a refund for the food. I get mistakes happen but to not even make it right is poor management and I won’t be dining here anymore.

The food is good here, but we’ve been multiple times where almost all the drink syrups are out. We ask the staff to replace one of them and they’ll spend 20 minutes replacing all of them while there is a line of people waiting. This has never been after the dinner rush, but around 5 PM when it could’ve been refilled during a lull in business.
These ladies are Wonderful, As soon as I walk in the door there customer service is top tier. They even know how many fresh jalapeños that I want on my bowl. Only three, that’s enough for me. I enjoy coming in and seeing the beautiful smiles these ladies have.

There is a multiracial tall girl in the Kennesaw location who always has an attitude when she makes me and my fiance's burritos. She was extremely rude again today. She better be glad I was not inside today as I would have addressed her, asked for a manager and walked out of there. I am contemplating ever patronizing this location again. This has happened several times now I was informed.

We just moved to the area and have been impressed with every other place we have gone to eat in the area. We placed a mobile order to this Moes location with no problem and went to pick up the food.When we got home and took our bowls out of the bag, and they each only had a small scoop of rice, chicken, beans, and some onions in one, but none of any of the other toppings that we added (sour cream, fresh or pickled jalapeños, pico, lettuce, roasted corn, cheese, chipotle sauce, etc). I paid $20 for two bowls that were essentially just rice, beans, and chicken.I called the location back to tell them what happened and request a refund and the guy that answered the phone handed the phone off when I was mid-sentence and I could hear him say to his manager "Some dude is on the phone just freaking complaining about his food..." The manager was apologetic, but just used the lack of staff and how busy they were as an excuse.Unacceptable.

This is a great Moe's. I only wish they didn't have to move from their original location. However, I understand why they moved.Everyone who I have dealt with here has been awesome. They sometimes miss the "Welcome to Moe's" line when I come in, but that's not what's important. What's important is how they treat you and how nice they are.The food is great. They do sometimes give you a small amount of chips, but you can just ask for more.The only complaint I could even give is that sometimes the seasoned rice is a bit over-seasoned. Which I believe has only happened twice in the past year I've been going.
