“After having a long hard day at work, I decided to go for a pick me up. I stoped by my local Starbies to have the BEST barista ever make my drink. Her name was Lexi and she was fabulous! I’ve been to plenty of Starbucks before and never have I had such a phenomenal experience. Give this woman a raise!! My drink was delicious and her customer service was stellar. “this dunkin is my favorite. no other dunkin in augusta can compare. obviously if you pull up during a high demand time, there is going to be a little wait, they have mostly high school kids/young college students, please be patient with them!the staff is always very sweet and if there's an issue w a beverage, just let them know and they are usually happy to remedy! the store inside is always clean and decked out with some type of decorations or holiday gear. “The location of this store is off a busy street and it has nice entrance and exit.There are plenty of parking spots for cars to park in.The staff is nice, kind and helpful staff. They are always willing to help with mine and my family’s needs.“

Evans but, after placing many orders and being disappointed more times than not, it’s worth it to Me to drive the extra distance for the much better experience.Parking: I usually order through app and pick up “curb side”’ I’ve never had an issue with getting a curbside spot. “In the past year the service has been absolutely on point today on 2/10/2023 around 5:30pm I had question and the guy that serve me was very patient with me and answered all my questions even help me with some of my concerns. everyone that was there tonight was absolutely enjoyable to be around absolutely sweet and very helpful. A consistent experience of coffee tasting like an ashtray at SBux has made me a non-coffee drinker! BUT, Trellis might has converted me! “When I drive for almost two hours to go here for a treat, you know it's good. It's become a little, fun road trip for my Mom and me. All the food items, both savory and sweet, NEVER disappoint - quality ingredients, for sure. Our favorite drink is the canelazo tea with (light) panela sweetener and splash of half and half...SO good that we got 4 to take home! And probably the sweetest of them all is the kindness of the female owner/manager (and the rest of the staff, too)... she remembered my Mom and me today, and the last time we visited was in September .“
“Visiting Augusta for a long weekend and one of my favorite things to do is find fun coffee shops. This isn't exactly a coffee a shop it's a drive thru. It's very similar to one of my favorite ones in Dallas - no not Dutch Bros but when I spoke with the broista they said they are compared to them. I not only went once - I went back a second time. There's a secret menu and the first visit I had a popular on menu drink. The second day I asked what the favorite was on the secret menu. She said something about a salty - something. Both drinks were delish. My husband who doesn't drink coffee had some shake which he enjoyed. I would love for them to open one in North Dallas. Good coffee. Fun vibe.“
