“I had a wonderful and very sweet barista named Jessica, who was so attentive as well very genuine in helping with my order. She went above and beyond the call of duty in using her app when I did not have my app set up yet since I declined not to inconvenience the customers behind in order to set it up. But she was so caring that she wanted me to be able get the 50 percent on my Caramel Ribbon Crunch coffee for the last day sale, that she took the time whip up her app in the matter of mere seconds and scanned it on scanner. And I really appreciate her for doing that, even though she was not obligated to do so, but she did it for me anyways. The other pivotal thing was that she created the environment with her cheerful and lovely personality, in enabling each customer to feel like home and welcomed there. I will say that she is destined for greatness with a personality like that. She was amazing, and she deserves to be in commercials. Even more so, Employee of the Month.“
“My visit to grovetown had me looking for a Dunkin donuts on the map. There is one near the interstate and a new one in grovetown so I got directions to the one in grovetown from Google maps....good thing I did because there are NO SIGNS and if you were not looking for it, you would never notice it! I added the photos from both directions.The service was super fast and as always the best coffee!“
“I’m giving this 5 bc I’m not trying to be mean but rather help. I think this Dunkin needs to do better w training how to make their coffee. I have a regular Dunkin I go to w no issues but I’ve gone here like 4 separate times and everytime it’s just not good. I’ve even asked for more pumps vanilla it’s still not made good. I’m not picky or will ever give something back but I’ve had to everytime here.“

“Food is normally good. I say good, not great, because it is average. Burgers are sloppy, buns are hard, toppings are a mess, fries might or might not be warm, and drinks are pretty great. Better than most of the other McDonald's in roughly 15 miles. It's not saying much right? But at least this one gets the order correct! Nothing is worse than a custom order, getting a so so burger, and taking a bite to find out they screwed up your meal. Hence the 4 stars.Managers are fine, workers are almost always pleasant“

“Ordered last night @ 6 pm and everything was great except I ordered my double hasbrowns smothered, covered and capped but got them plain. Tried to figure out how to call the store but the number given on Google just says you can't call in an order. Would have loved to speak to a worker or manager to get my order right instead of doing a review but can't seem to reach anyone. We order all the time from this store and it's always been fresh and wonderful but was disappointed last night.“
