CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE IS GARBAGE!!! I just left this place. I asked for a frozen coffee with oat milk and was told that it couldn't be done because they can't put oat milk in the machine, only cream. This makes no sense because cream is much thicker than oat milk and would likely clog the machine faster than oat milk but whatever. I guess coming into the location is where I went wrong. Maybe I'm not the right type of person. Cashier was annoyed to do her job entered in things wrong. Who confused the word donut with matcha frozen. No clue how that equals donuts. Then it was iced not frozen. The chicken wraps I ordered were chicken taco things. Probably cheaper to make. I just ordered an egg and cheese bagel and it’s hard as a rock. It taste like it’s been frozen for a while. The manager had an attitude when I asked to order cream cheese at the window so I don’t feel comfortable calling for a new breakfast sandwich. The wait was 15mins for a sandwich I can’t eat.This is unacceptable.
