The room was okay. The tv didn't work nor did the AC. We were able to get a new room after complaining a lot. Also no microwave in the rooms. I had to use a public microwave in the lobby...so random right? Also, the POOL DIDNT WORK!
My uncle is a Marriott Titanium member and got my boyfriend, 3 yo daughter, and I a room for two nights while we were visiting GA from LA for a family reunion. Our stay was very pleasant. The hotel and the room were very nice! The staff was even nicer! I was quite impressed and grateful for how friendly and accommodating the staff was honestly! On our way to fl. Stopped here for a night. Check in super easy, room was clean and nice. Went to lobby next morning for coffee only to find out that you have to pay for everything even a cup of coffee. I wish the receptionist would've shared that with us when she said breakfast is served at 6:30 AM. Also, just being picky the lobby was subzero cold. Is there no one to control the AC when it's only 30 outside. Then our keys were deactivated so we had to come back down to the lobby....read full review
