The service wasn't good. My ribs where dry and brunt. The manager refused to give me another slab(I hadn't even started eating) insisted that all ribs came out at the same time. My mom's ribs actually looked like the advertisement while mine looked old and brunt. So much for customer service. This was my first and last visit. You can't make a customer eat something that isnt appealing nor close to what you advertise just because you feel you can. Very disappointing!

Being a proud Alabamian in Georgia, I was so excited to have this place in McDonough! This is our favorite BBQ spot and a frequented all around family dinner choice. The pulled pork and brisket are very good choices!
Came with a group of 14 including small children on a Sunday evening after Monster Jam. Staff was very accommodating and worked to get us sat quickly even though they were pretty busy. The server Tiffany was very gracious with us and provided excellent service. The food was also excellent. The brisket in particular and the cheese biscuits were delicious.

We ended up at Jim and Nick's for dinner after a long day... Not knowing they close at 10 we walked in at 9:30... Everyone was so incredibly kind. Tony was top notch!!! Also there was another gentleman who kept our table supplied with the freshest cheese biscuits!! 10/10 recommend.

There has been 1 girl who ive seen there the past couple of months who seems to be super rude and doesn’t know their own menu apparently. Always have an issue when I order from there and have to deal with her. One thing i cannot stand is a rude worker. They can count their days with me honestly.

They did not have any baked potatoes ready. My daughter order loaded mac n cheese no scallions. They put scallions on. I had the pulled pork, sausage with mac n cheese and baked beans. The pulled pork was full of fat meat. The sausage and baked beans just didn't do it for me. They both tasted under cooked. The sausage was almost cold. The mac n cheese was ok at best but very cheesy. The waiter gave us a discount for the scallions but we would have gotten that discount anyway because I'm a veteran. Those cheddar biscuits are very good. It's almost like corn bread but sweet and cheesey

Quick and friendly service, they planted easter eggs to find and we found one and were able to redeem free half dozen biscuits. We were unable to get a peach tea through drive through and were instructed to go inside. We did and received a courtesy peach tea. Would recommend this location 100%. Food was fresh and hot.

There’s lots to say about our dine in experience today.to start with saying that it took very long to even get our drinks in the table this was by far the worst experience in this restaurant.we get our drinks finally we get our order taken and we had the chicken wings as appetizers and omg all the blood from the raw wings was just horrible,finally we get our food and it was brick cold,my daughter order the chicken bbq and it was also red to the bone.we requested the “manager max “and he just looked at the bloody chicken and had absolutely nothing to say he had no resolution to the issue in fact he left the wings there and didn’t even offer to bring more.he said the BBQ chicken was that color do to I don’t know what because he was not explaining good onto why it was that way he actually looked bother that we was pointing out the disgusting food,he took the cold plates back and it took 25 minutes to bring the food back out to still be brick cold and I mean cold cold we ended up leaving all the food untouched in the table.never will I ever again go to this restaurant.“manager max”and cook should get more training for sure they suck and on top of everything all those lamps on the table had lots of dust.your staff specifically “manager and cook need more training because they are just unprofessional and lack of people skills.NEVER AGAIN
