I waited about 10 minutes to have someone take my order the second time after I was skipped in the drive-thru the first time. So I drove around to one of the windows and asked the lady if both lanes were working she stated yes. She apologized and stated that there is a worker falling short on the drive-thru duties. I recently had an unpleasant experience at McDonald's. Upon receiving my order, I was disappointed to find that they had forgotten to include my fries. Even worse, when I bit into my Big Mac, I discovered a rubber ring in the middle of it. Shocked and concerned, I called the restaurant to address the issue.
