Went through the drive thru for two double cheeseburgers large fry and a mcchicken waited over 25 minutes and still had no food… my boyfriend needed up going inside to find out what was taking so long since nine other cars behind us had gone through with their orders but we didn’t have our simple order… once inside my boyfriend waited another 10 minutes to finally get our order that was just sitting the counter getting cold.. pathetic three different people had to attempt to take my order… I just don’t understand why work somewhere if you aren’t going to do your job or be pleasant to others….

Asked for a double whopper w cheese, light lettuce. Set in l8ne for 20 mins for them to get my order wrong. The large fry is a medium. Never go there again. And the fries are a little under cooked.

It’s 5:10 and they’re still not open and their sweet tea is always nasty . Not enough sugar. Service ALWAYS slow . Attitudes ALWAYS nasty as if working at McDonald’s is a luxury.

I waited about 10 minutes to have someone take my order the second time after I was skipped in the drive-thru the first time. So I drove around to one of the windows and asked the lady if both lanes were working she stated yes. She apologized and stated that there is a worker falling short on the drive-thru duties. So I went around again, vs inside as I had 3 tired whining kids that I didn't want to take out of the car. The second time, the person took forever 3 cars before drove off. If the food was for myself, I would've been gone, but the kids once again only wanted McDonald's.After finally getting the meals, one of them were incorrect ?. At this point, I was really annoyed and ready to go.There was only one person who took her job seriously, and I didn't get her name. She does have dreads and even came outside at one point to see if the person was actually taking orders for drive-thru. Kudos to you.

I recently had an unpleasant experience at McDonald's. Upon receiving my order, I was disappointed to find that they had forgotten to include my fries. Even worse, when I bit into my Big Mac, I discovered a rubber ring in the middle of it. Shocked and concerned, I called the restaurant to address the issue. However, the manager I spoke to was incredibly rude and dismissive, showing no concern for the quality of their food or customer satisfaction. Overall, it was a disappointing and frustrating experience that left me with serious doubts about returning to McDonald's in the future.

Just needed a “quick” bite. Took over 25 min to get one cheeseburger and one fry. They made sure that their friends who ordered food a good 10-15 min later received theirs. It’s absolutely ridiculous how long it takes to get “fast food”

We ordered 46 dollars worth of food 5 meals 2 was Wong went back then left got home only then really realized 1 was right out of 2 then turn around went back for the one meal come to find out get home again and only 1 sandwich is right when I paid for the number 7 meal 2 sandwiches I don't feel like I should add when I paid!!! I called them and called them cause I am not going back a 3rd time I ordered Krystal's because I have to eat and sad I work in 3 hours that's what I wanted to rest but now I having to wait on other food when I had 5 hours this is ridiculous of a business and the manager even made my food at the end that is why I didn't check it I told them why should it be wrong I will be going up there tomorrow after work cause I work at 3 am this is sad to be called a business when the manager is saying new people

Stopped in on a trip south, and this seemed to be our best and fastest choice for a quick stop. Surprise - they're not very fast! Heck, it even takes them awhile to acknowledge you're standing at the counter. Then, once they do, you're lucky to get a verbal greeting. Poor service seems to be a common theme at these restaurants, which is really sad. I don't understand why the corporation doesn't take more pride or why the store owner or manager or general manager doesn't take more pride. I don't understand why I even keep coming back, but here I am once again. My family only stops here when we travel, and then we're reminded why we don't come here on the regular. Even the workers don't seem to want to be here...they certainly don't seem to want me here!

ordered a burger for lunch. Employees that hand the food out had the worst attitude and work ethic I have ever had to be a part of. I got a refund before I got my burger. These employees are bad at their job.
