Simple order...sausage biscuit, medium Diet Coke no ice. The biscuit was cold like it had been in a cooler, sausage was burned to a crisp and tasteless, received regular coke instead of diet! The only thing that was right was the no ice!!!!

If you sell sweet tea in the South, we like lemons in our tea. to tell the customers you are out of lemons and your building is in the same plaza with Publix or Kroger is beyond me. Take a few dollars from your petty cash fund and go buy a bag of lemons from the grocery store please! What would you do if your store ran out of tissue for the bathrooms???

Refusing to comply, I showed my receipt on the app, but she insisted it looked like a counter order either I come inside or cancel the order, despite the ticket clearly indicating it was for the drive-thru. Proper education on the app and she would’ve known, canceling a mobile order isn't possible on my end. Thankfully, a more professional lady intervened, efficiently retrieving my order through the drive-thru. The lady handed me my food without uttering a word—no apology, no thank you, no invitation to come again. It's concerning to think she might be training other employees, as her lack of customer service skills indicates she needs further training.

Manager. Caucasian guy was very rude . Cursed at me . Told me he would see me tomorrow I told him I wasn’t coming back because he was so rude to me and he said good. All because I wanted light ice in my tea. I requested light ice when I placed my order due to having sensitive teeth . He was a manager and he lied and said his name was John. We the ppl need to stop supporting businesses where we get no respect
