I just order from here and they have no lettuce and they don't want to refund my money and I spent over $50 not complaining about the money however they didn't have what I paid for but still took my money and didn't say nothing until the order was complete.This is very unexpected

Not a good experience drink machines were uncovered unsanitary employees were touching everything without gloves. Lobby is dirty. Bathrooms is dirty very unsanitary would give a zero star, but I give it one star not happy camper.

Went through drive-thru, no wait time in line, employee was friendly and professional, but then had to wait at the window for almost 10 minutes to get a bowl of soup! And there wasn't another soul there, just me!
I was really sad that you didn't have the pecan braid without all that powdered sugar on top I was trying to get my birthday reward but thank God my sister was with me so I got her son of chocolate chip cookie so thanks for the birthday reward March 8

Person at cash register was super nice. But as for the food… Small cup of soup, a grilled cheese, and a fountain drink…. $20!?!? And on top of that it really wasn’t anything to call home about. Soup wasn’t good at all, and the grilled cheese bread was super hard.

Food was expensive and came out cold after waiting 20 minutes in an mostly empty store. But more disappointing was that the little bit of remaining coffee they had out was ice cold. Sadly, It Took another 15 minutes to get "fresh" coffee out that no one on staff even bothered to tell me was put out, considering I was the one that asked for the coffee. Do yourself a favor and just stay at home, or go somewhere else. It sucks because there aren't a lot of coffee shop options on the Southside but this place needs to close it's doors permanently.

My husband and I were craving some good ole Panera tonight, so we decided to try this location out. We ordered a bread bowl and they were out of bread bowls. Later on I ordered a smoothie and they were out of the purée. I saw in other reviews people were constantly complaining about how this location is always out of items and they were spot on. We got the turkey BLT and it tasted like any other Panera BLT. I also got the creamy chicken and wild rice soup and it honestly just tasted like can soup. We used to live in FL and I got this soup all the time and it has always been amazing, I’m not for sure why it tasted so bad today. There was also only 2 cars including us in the drive thru and it took around 10-15 minutes to get food. I would avoid this location; it wasn’t awful, it just wasn’t worth the time or money.

At 9:00 am, they were literally out of coffee at the coffee bar. All coffee . Nobody checked the containers. There was a line of angry customers waiting for someone to bring hot coffee out. When it was brought to their attention that the coffee bar was dry, the attitude was pathetic. Lids? None. Condiments? Half stocked. If a place that features coffee can’t pay attention to the coffee, can you trust what’s going on behind the scene with eggs and produce, meat products? Cringeworthy. This Panera used to be a pretty decent option. No longer. What happened to this place? Go to Peachtree City Panera for a much better experience. This place never recovered from Pandemic minimal standards.
