We have been eating at Pippins for decades! Best overall BBQ on the south side (IMHO). Their BBQ is the standard we judge all other BBQ by. Their pulled pork is great. Their slaw is the only slaw I eat at any restaurant. Their Brunswick stew is hands down the best anywhere!! I love brisket but have never tried Pippins’ brisket until tonight…..and all but two bites went in the trash. Ehhh, 1st visit here today.Won't be heading back.I got a #2, comes with 2 sides.... the size of the sides were ridiculously small! 3oz maybe.The pork and Brunswick stew were good, but did not enjoy any of their 4 bbq sauces. They were all watery.
