I would love to give this place higher because Taco Bell is usually my staple go to. I don't know if they're understaffed at night but it took me 32 minutes to get to the drive-thru this is a consistent thing at this location on Friday nights. I have to tough it out because they're the only place that serves Pepsi..... I remember Taco Bell used to be fast food and relatively inexpensive...... Best local Taco Bell! I live closer to the one on Bill Gardner but I avoid them like the plague, I also work close to the one in Jackson which I also avoid. This Taco Bell is unmatched and I drive the extra miles for them specifically. They’re so kind, quick and my food is always right, even when I put a ton of different modifiers on it. I appreciate you all for your hard work and it definitely doesn’t go unnoticed! Thank you for giving me the best Taco Bell experience ♡
Leaving this review only because of the young white young male working the drive thru last night. He was very nice and personable. I wish I had my receipt to leave a corporate review. That was the BEST customer service I have ever received from this location! I hope the right person sees this and he is acknowledged!
