This place is inside the Courtyard Hotel where I was staying. As a rule, they are almost the same all over the country with the same menus and dismal and boring food! The o lyrics glimmer of hope is the availability of Starbucks coffee in the morning. This one goes even lower. During my two night stay, they were closed the whole day, no morning coffee and no night cap! The excuse was that the attendants had the day off!! When did that become hotel guets' problem?

I do not recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice friendly place celebrate with family. First, we made reservations in April/May 2023 for a Family Reunion. I talked with the hotel several times and not one time was I told the pool was closed and has been closed for a while. We found the day we arrived. Being I was the one who handle the reservations, I was blamed by family for not telling them the pool was closed. People traveled from Philadelphia, Florida and other states to fine out pool closed. I have a problem with lack of communication. Then told after the fact that the staff had shopped to get toys for the kids to play with since the pool was closed but we were never offered and accommodations for the kids. We should have been given the opportunity to decide if the pool was a breaker, and it was. Some family members arrived and found out from other family members the pool was closed so they went elsewhere. We were given no accommodations at all. We were treated as if we were at Motel 6. They left the lights on and that's it. Check out other reviews before staying at this place. Our reunion was great except for accommodations. Never at this place again. Also I called Tameka Grant, manager, several times and left her at least three voice messages, as of this day, she has not acknowledged my calls. Is this how management roll? Corporate needs a house checkup in management.

On our way to fl. Stopped here for a night. Check in super easy, room was clean and nice. Went to lobby next morning for coffee only to find out that you have to pay for everything even a cup of coffee. I wish the receptionist would've shared that with us when she said breakfast is served at 6:30 AM. Also, just being picky the lobby was subzero cold. Is there no one to control the AC when it's only 30 outside. Then our keys were deactivated so we had to come back down to the lobby. The receptionist could've cared less for that inconvenience.

The room was okay. The tv didn't work nor did the AC. We were able to get a new room after complaining a lot. Also no microwave in the rooms. I had to use a public microwave in the lobby...so random right? Also, the POOL DIDNT WORK!

My uncle is a Marriott Titanium member and got my boyfriend, 3 yo daughter, and I a room for two nights while we were visiting GA from LA for a family reunion. Our stay was very pleasant. The hotel and the room were very nice! The staff was even nicer! I was quite impressed and grateful for how friendly and accommodating the staff was honestly! Really wish they had a tub in the room, but not a big deal at all. Amenities were convenient and nice as well. The room was clean and decor was pretty! My daughter got to sleep on the spacious couch/lounge included and she loved it! My boyfriend and I were so comfy in the bed! I also loved that we could control the room temp with an actual thermostat. The location was awesome too. A few restaurants and a Sam's conveniently located right around the hotel. One thing I loved even more: we packed up, checked out, left, and got around a half hour down the road when I realized I had forgotten my rings in the bathroom. I called and was directed to housekeeping. After a brief hold, she got my name and number and checked the room. She then called me back saying thankfully that she found them! She left them at the front desk. We got back and I got them back. I was SO incredibly grateful for their pure kindness and hospitality. I HIGHLY recommend!! Thank y'all so much for such a wonderful and pleasant experience!!

Sitting in the lobby for over 30 minutes and apparently no one works here...or at least cares enough to man the front desk.

Hotel was very clean. Staff was friendly and hard working. The cafe was still closed I’m guessing due to no staff. We reserved a 2 queen suite with sofa bed. The sofa bed is only a twin size bed which was fine for our 9 year old, but probably wouldn’t work for a teenager or adult. The two beds are definitely not queens- they are full size. The toilet clogged so we called down for a plunger. It was late and taking a long time so my husband just went down and got it. The front desk lady had a note to get to it she was just swamped with checking people in and had no help. There was not bedding for the sofa bed so we had to go back to the front desk for it too. This hotel will be fine once they get more staff.

We recently stayed here for a quick night while visiting Atlanta for business. Overall our stay was just ok! It could’ve been better. First, let me start of with the positives! The location was really good! It’s right off of I-75 and there are a ton of restaurants at the same exit as this hotel! Location gets a 7/10. Next, the bed was super comfortable! Definitely one of the most comfortable Courtyard beds I’ve ever slept in! I’d give it a 8/10! Unfortunately, those were the only positives. Now here are the negatives; There was an odor in the 4th hallway, it smelled very funky and it just wasn’t the cleanest. It slightly smelled like weed. It was hard to find a room with good air quality for my autoimmune disorder. Two of the rooms we saw smelled like smoke, another stunk of fresh paint. The room I ended up taking did have a faint paint smell, but that went away quickly thanks to the a/c. It ended up being really nice, it was either room 417 or 418. It overlooked the back of the hotel and was right by the elevator! The lady at the front desk in the morning was very unfriendly. She didn’t give any sign of good hospitality at all, for a Marriott hotel I was disappointed. Would I stay here again? I would if I were ever trapped in this area, if not, I would consider staying somewhere elsewhere closer to the city.

When we checked in the gal was very helpful, the second night our key wouldn't work so we had to go to the front counter an the new gal on duty that night said oh you have no card on file how is that when we have one the previous day? Then the air conditioner hake a awful sound all night mode you I'm in Georgia for work, the bathroom light is out only the lamp in that restroom works, no maid service from the previous day just all around one of the worse Marriott I've stayed in.

Great for a last minute stop while traveling on I75, easy access from interstate. Easy check in. Room was average King bed room. only downside thing was the shower had a large shelf broken off and the shower door would not close while taking shower.

I've stayed at other Courtyards before but not during COVID. At this property, the shields are up, the pool and hot tub are closed, and there is a different protocol in place for room service. Overall, the stay was average--nothing special. With the temps hovering around 35 degrees outside, we found it difficult to raise the room temperature to get warm. The thermostats are set at 68 and cannot go above 72 or the air con will kick on. The sheets and blanket are thin, which meant wearing sweats to bed to stay warm. Actually, the shower was the best part of the room. The walls are not heavily insulated, so you can follow along with your next door neighbor's conversation with no problem. Warning: be careful how loud you talk when in the room. There is no housekeeping unless you put your trash and soiled linens outside your door, but no one told us that when we checked in and we didn't find out about it until we were about to leave. The Bistro is closed, so no meals or drinks in the hotel, although there are a plethora of restaurants nearby. On a positive note, and so my review won't be totally negative, there is plenty of free parking. The wifi isn't too bad and it's free. There are several good restaurants within walking distance. It's close to I-75. The elevators are fast. They have Paul Mitchell toiletries in the room. The rooms do have a small refrigerator (but ours froze our drinks fairly quickly). There is a Cat 5 cable in the room closet for wired internet connection if your computer has a Cat 5 port. In the lobby, they do have a couple of computers and printers for boarding passes and internet access, both free of charge. There is an outdoor fire pit, but I am not sure if it works.

All of the staff were pleasant and helpful during our one night stay (August 14, 2020). The entire facility was very clean with sanitation stations everywhere, including the elevator. We were especially well received by Raven upon check-in and Al on our exit. We would definitely return.

The room was adequate and clean. The ice maker on the floor was broken, the hand sanitizer at the elevators was empty for our stay, the staff was checking in a guest as I was checking out that did not have a mask (nor did staff request such from him.) Further, my confirmation from central Marriott stated their was a Bistro Cafe, hours, etc. When booking my reservation I inquired about breakfast which was included. However, the reservationist ended up giving me a lower rate but I was not told it eliminated breakfast. When checking in I spoke to the desk manager and inquired. He stated no breakfast. Therefore, we checked out earlier than planned the next day. I informed the Desk Manager, Ms. Parham, of the miscommunication and asked for a courtesy discount to cover breakfast elsewhere. She stated our rate did not include breakfast, therefore, she would not offer any points or discount. First time I can remember being so undervalued as a long time Marriott customer for such a nominal request. I left 3 phone messages for the Assistant General Manager, Mr. Smith, over a 5 day span. He never attempted to call. Just a heads up to other travelers, check your reservation because this Marriott does not give an inch.

Sheryl at the front desk for night shift is VERY DISRESPECTFUL. We are titanium elite members with Marriott, we have stayed many nights in Marriott hotels and we have never been treated so horribly. I would avoid this hotel.

I was here for an extended work trip from June to July, the staff was AMAZING, they made sure they handled my reservations for multiple rooms and were very accommodating. The room was clean, and the a/c worked perfectly. The shower had very good water pressure, temperature and room. The landscaping and firepit area were beautiful and very well maintained. I was so pleased I told employees from another work group and they switched to this hotel. The only cons were they had some water or ac drain issues where they had buckets catching water, however they had contractors fixing them and it was very quiet and non invasive. I would have liked to have my room cleaned 1 time during my time without having to check out and come back. Some of the team members were new and mixed up the "share with" so I am having to work with the hotel and Marriott to receive my points and this has taken a lot of time on my part.
