I was pleasantly surprised. We had a fancy date night planned and just had a random craving for wings. Looked up and saw this place on our way leaving Academy before the date and I can say they were awesome from the moment we walked into the door. The staff was all pleasant and having a great time with lightening fast service and our cashier Jada was so helpful as this was our first time here. We ordered her suggestions and they came out in record time as I mentioned we were still finishing our drink selections. The manager Chelli was so sweet and the staff kept the place clean after each person dining in. We ordered more to take home to the kids as a show of support to a great business in the community. Also, if you’re military they offer discount and if you came up in the 70 80s era. The music was on point.It’s a vibe and the quality of food was 20 out of 10!You must try the Cajun corn and the loaded fry options. Omg wings were amazing…. Even the drinks! OK I’m done but I just had to post this review because customer service at this capacity is so rare in today’s society! Later days ………. This was the first time I’ve tried wingstop and made the mistake of going to the McDonough store. The restaurant was filthy the tables were all dirty and floor was sticky. The employees were rude especially the woman yelling names at the food window. She was so nasty to most of the customers-incredibly rude.The bathroom was a disgusting mess. I’m surprised this location hasn’t been shut down.The food was terrible

Very disappointed. Placed an online order. Waited legit 20mn inside after the quoted time. Took45 minutes total for a10pc combo. (Quoted Time was 16-21min) That would’ve been reasonable had my food at least been hot and fresh. Seeing how they had a decent crowd. However, that was not the case it’s almost if it was just sitting there the whole time. Wings were tiny and soggy. Fries were cold as could be.

This was my 1st time ever coming here, and that's the worst chicken i have ever tried. The mild sause tastes like pure butter. The fries tasted like they had sugar on them. My son got boneless Buffalo chicken wings 20pc, and they gave him 13 instead of the 20 i paid for. His as well tasted like pure butter. Will not be going back.

Wings weren't tasty AT ALL. Cooked a smedge above done.The mild wing only had the color of what mild looks like. The blue cheese was really loose and wasn't good either. The fries, huh! Will never, ever, ever patronize them again. BTW: missing an order of fries☹

Food was very good and was served quickly with no errors. The downsides were the restaurant wasn’t very clean. Also, the dining area children’s music (literally a Cookie Monster song) couldn’t be heard over extremely profane and violent rap music from the kitchen.
The food is amazing ! The chicken is always nice , hot , and fresh !! We also love the Voodoo fries !! The service is also amazing ! I love coming here !!!

Don’t know why the past reviews are so bad but this is my first time having wingstop. I ordered online and went in to get my food and everything was amazing .My food was fresh and hot.I had no issues with the employees even on a super bowl sunday 2/11/24 .Loved my experience!
