They are slipping as with all the other restaurants. The quality and quantity are decreasing while the prices are increasing. But what is the deal with this drive-thru? I've had to pull up and wait the last four times that i've gone there? A couple of times I had items missing from my order. Like come on, now, all this money you charge, att least get my order right!
I have never had an issue with Zaxby's food. The service at this location could be improved. The location is circumventing the timers installed in the drive-through by parking every vehicle going through.The atmosphere was not rated because I used the drive-through

Had the House Zalad with fried chicken. 2nd time, I have had this, and I swore to myself that I would not do it again. However, my wife wanted Zaxby's, so it was not up for discussion.I'm not sure what the difference between Mississippi and Georgia was, but I enjoyed the Zalad and no complaints out of me.
