The food and service at this location has been great recently. I would have rated them lower if the service was mediocre due to the fact that the place is not kept very clean, especially the bathrooms, windows, and doors. However, I am giving a generous 4 out of 5 for how nice everyone is every time I pick up my order or order inside. My order is always accurate as well. I will come back and edit my review if I see a substantial improvement of cleanliness.

I had such an amazing and awesome experience for the first time at Zaxby’s! I have never felt so welcomed at any restaurant as a matter of fact. And I owe all my thanks to the staff employee Berry. He was so attentive and on point. I saw him helping his team members in the kitchen, front counter and drive through. He was smiling and laughing with customers while he took exceptional care with everyone he came into contact with. Thank you so much Berry!!!! Your amazing!!

Had the House Zalad with fried chicken. 2nd time, I have had this, and I swore to myself that I would not do it again. However, my wife wanted Zaxby's, so it was not up for discussion.I'm not sure what the difference between Mississippi and Georgia was, but I enjoyed the Zalad and no complaints out of me.

You get to this location at 9:30 pm and get told . . . WE CLOSED! Well the hours of operations state that you close at 10:30pm, but okay no problem. Why have hours posted that you do not adhere to? I never experienced the negative attitude like I did here at this location. If I wanted poor service I would have went across the street where the ice cream doesn't work. 3 days in a row I have been refused service. I leave home at 8:30pm to get to this location because I work at the Sheriff’s Office. I just want to have food to eat at work, but now I know after 3 failed attempts that I won't get any Zaxby's. Thanks for the POOR customer service ?.

Every time I come to this Zaxby’s these kids are messing up my order. They don’t pay attention to anything you say and have the nerve to take forever to answer through the speaker. My daughter doesn’t eat meat and I got her a grilled cheese. I come home and see tenders. Pay attention !!

Worst service I ever experienced. They made me move up in the line to get off their clock. Never brought my food out. I went in for a refund, they were still trying to make my food. I had to continuously ask for a refund. This is why I don't visit this location. Terrible service. A bunch of kids who don't care to really work. Just need the next pair of J's. Hope that made them laugh just as much as they laughed at me.
