Place a online order for 65.00 and then called to order the BBQ chicken potatoes. Spent another 21.00. The food was not what it use to be and the potatoes was cooked to long and definitely not like the picture. No cheese on them and they tasted burned. Definitely should have kept my money.

I love bbq and have eaten at several bbq places and Shane's is ok...to be a barbecue chain. The food is average. Their saving grace is, of course, the ribs. They always have some of the best, fall-off-the-bone ribs!! I ordered the Sampler...ribs, chicken tenders, pulled pork and two sides. More than enough to fill you up!! And the peach tea is very refreshing!! Nice atmosphere, service was good. It wasn't crowded but they were pretty busy with to-go orders since it was the tail-end of lunch.
Loving me some of those rack of ribs! Can't ever go wrong with BBQ.

I don't who's idea it was to change the Coleslaw but it was a very bad idea! The new mixture of coleslaw taste like it's spoiled. The other mixture was awesome. The previous mixture of coleslaw should be brought back. I can't eat bque without a good coleslaw so I won't be returning.
