The time on the Google page is incorrect. Said it was open til 9:30, got in drive thru at 9:08 to find it's closed at 9, and guess what? You can't exit the drive thru if there's someone at the window, which there was, for 10 minutes! I just wasted 10 minutes for nothing! What a frustrating zaxbys. Go to any other ones in the area, what a waste of time.

Many parents and families wanted to eat at Zaxbys after a football game. We arrived at the restaurant around 8:20 pm. All the doors were locked. We stood outside with other people who wanted to come in and buy food, as well as unsatisfied customers with incorrect orders from the drive thru! Employees inside saw us but wouldn’t open the door. A customer let me in and I asked the mgr Vere on 9/21/23 why the doors were locked when the sign says “10:30 am - 9 pm. The photo I took was time stamped 8:34 pm. Mgr’s Vere response “the sign is wrong and walked away.”

So basically I went there today and the staff were outrageously rude I spilt some water on the table and I asked a waitress for a napkin and she said uhm no in A RUDE TONE and she called me Karen which was very offensive as a sunburnt white woman. Don't recommend at all. I am livid. But the food was good I got a chicken sandwich and they called me fat I'm only 156 pounds and that's average for a hund like me don't recommend

This is the zaxbys standard. Drivethrough is fast and efficient. I get in line wrapped around the building knowing they will handle it quickly.

Ordered online. Food sat while I waited for only visible counter worker to finish cleaning the floor. He then handed me the food without washing his hands. Order was incomplete. Missing sauce, no napkins, no utensils, no ketchup. Took multiple trips to ask for more items since almost all items are kept behind the counter. Coca-Cola Freestyle machine had Coke with non-carbonated water. Almost every trash can was full. I frequent Zaxby's, but won't return to this location.
