“This is my #1 Subway establishment. Ms. Jane Johnson runs store 3310-0 2172 N Ashley St. They make you feel like you have known them for years. This staff has it together. When I want my sub done the right way I go to my #1 ladies. I took my Mother there and they made her feel so welcome. Whenever I go there I know I am welcome without them even saying it. My sandwich will be made with tender loving care and cut in half all the way through and my bread will not be in torn. I had to make sure I got her name cause I like to give credit where credit is due. I have seen the employees greet the customers like family. That's the kind of place I love to eat at. “This place is AWESOME! I messed up my own order one time, I mean totally my own fault. I went to order another and pay for it but was told they would replace it free of charge. I have never had another restaurant do that. Always a friendly staff. Just an all around great place.“

“We did an online order of 3 subs, and a soup. Order was faster than expected and let me tell you what, that was the absolute best sub I've ever had today 9/15/23 around 12pm from firehouse subs. They're always so delicious but today was somehow even better. The meat was absolute tender, like literally melting in my mouth. So tender I'd give it to a grandma with no teeth ? the flavor was absolutely amazing. Order was perfectly done with nothing missing down to the extra bbq I ordered on my sub. I don't know who all worked but they did a great job! ? we seen they were working fast and efficiently. I'd rate it a 10 stars if I could.I will add, prices are a bit steep but if you can afford it, it's absolutely worth every penny. My large sub combo with added extras was about 19$ but for me personally it last me 2 meals which is why I don't mind paying that much.“
