It is amazing how sad this place feels. They sell cookies! It should be fun! It's quiet. Stark even. There's almost nothing on the walls, no music playing, and I wouldn't say the service is rude, but it feels like they're putting in the absolute bare minimum and not even faking being anything more than bored. Ordered this cake for my daughter's birthday. The person I spoke to on the phone was rude when I ordered. We set pick up time for 6pm. At 6:08 he's (same rude person from earlier) calling me telling me to come get the cake. I told him someone was on the way & would be there soon. He rudely replies "we close at 7!" They went so far above my expectations. I ordered some cake slices and as I gathered my other items from my days shopping, I dropped my box of cake. Even though it was completely my fault the team there made me a new order ,bagged all my items in one of their larger bags and were very gracious and happy to help. I was reluctant to accept at first,it was my fault after all but they insisted and took amazing care of me. Thank you so much to the entire team.
