I ordered a 12 piece family meal at the drive thru. I received 9 pieces of chicken, four of those were wings. I didn't realize until I got home, twenty minutes from Newnan. I contacted the store, no answer. I contacted corporate, after thirty minutes on the phone still no solution. Fifty dollars is a lot of money for what I received. Count your chicken before you leave.

What a bad experience. I regret patronizing this particular KFC. Had a strong desire for some good 'ole KFC that night but was incredibly DISAPPOINTED.

The owner should really retrain his managers on best practices. I just left and the drive thru hold times were flashing and they didn't have a chicken leg for my toddler. I asked for 2 chicken fingers instead but was told NO. I could have any other piece of chicken or I could cancel the original meal, be issued a refund, and then pay for the chicken tenders. I opted for option 2. I received money back from my original order because the tenders were cheaper(cost the business money), she drove up the wait time(which wasn't stellar already with a parked car), and lowered customer satisfaction in one transaction.

Went through the drive thru on October 14th approximately one hour before closing and the service was terrible. The woman on the headset had a mean, nasty attitude, was borderline yelling at me, and rushed me through my order which stressed me out substantially. I know working fast food can be hard (I’ve done it myself) and it is oftentimes unthankful, but there is no reason to treat others this way. I don’t write reviews often, only when I experience something very off, and this was one of those experiences unfortunately.
