Why no 1 can answer the question I keep asking why I buy food. The display says 2 for 4.99 biscuits but every time I cash out it's 6.83 . Please don't say because that's the online price because the display is inside the restaurant and says nothing about online. I come there 3 times a week for who knows how long . Some one owes me a major refund of Krystal food card cause being robbed with my eyes open is crazy

Food is good if you like Krystals. Service is lacking especially if they are busy. They've had a sign on their drink refill station that reads "temporarily closed.". It's been that way for over a year. If they are busy, you are much better off going through the drive thru. Apparently, they put a priority on that versus people standing in the restaurant. In fact, if you want to eat inside, you are still better off going through the drive thru and then taking your food inside to eat. The first table we say it needed to be wiped down so we moved to another table; several where dirty

The doors was locked at 7pm! All the lights were off outside! The employees dancing around on the inside! Absolutely pathetic! Poorest run Krystal's restaurant I have ever seen. Corporate needs to do something!

The last few times we have been here something went wrong. Three weeks ago we went and sat at the drive through speaker for 15 minutes and nobody ever answered the speaker. So we left. Went tonight around 5:30 and again at the speaker for 10 minutes decided to go inside and just see what is going on, one guy was doing something with the buns like what is he doing? He was not getting any out to put on the grill or anything…just touching them. Look like a new girl walked in and went to go clock in and after 10 more minutes inside waiting to see if we could get service a heavy set woman slowly drags herself to the counter. The look of her was like she just didn’t want to be there. She is probably just exhausted from working so much cause you can’t find anyone that wants to work anymore. But this is just a constant thing at this location. No customer service skills what so ever!! Sad to see a well known fast food restaurant is going downhill so fast! There is a few good employees here but for the most part they can’t do it all 7 days a week. Excellent as always, I love them, I'm from Michigan and we had White Castle there, to me They both taste exactly the same. I use to have Krystal's in Chattanooga, TN when I was a kid and we visited my uncle Leon. Service is fast, courteous, and friendly. Service still good. Not quite as friendly, maybe over worked.
