The restaurant has a nice look and feel, but our issues were: our waitress was not friendly at all and borderline rude on several occasions, we also had to ask for the bread that everyone around us had . Also from the time we sat down at our table to our appetizer coming out was over and hour and dinner was served about 15 mins after that. The food was good though. This was not the dining experience I was expecting, hopefully that was just one bad night.
Let me start out by saying that our server, Makayla, was great and our drinks were comped, but we won't go back to The Bays. To start, the host seemed bothered to deal with people and she wouldn't tell us an approximate wait time. The food is always very good. The service is often hit or miss. Our waitress seemed very overwhelmed by the fact that there were many large groups due to prom. She also didn't move very quickly.
