I'll keep it short and sweet. Food is very ordinary and the menu is limited. This is supposed to be a nice restaurant but clearly has much to improve. Staff was uninterested in customers. My husband had a terrible beer and returned and ordered another but was charged for both. The steaks were just ok. The salad was the best part of the meal. No dessert and paid $150 for a meal I could have done better at home. I was told they share a kitchen with The Bays (outdoor restaurant adjacent). Since the service there is very similar we will not be back.

The food is always very good. The service is often hit or miss. Our waitress seemed very overwhelmed by the fact that there were many large groups due to prom. She also didn't move very quickly. She moved along at a very average pace resulting in our drinks being empty on multiple occasions. We were not served bread and had to ask for it twice. For the price of dining out, I expect good service. The last two or three times I have visited this establishment, the service has been lacking.

The restaurant has a nice look and feel, but our issues were: our waitress was not friendly at all and borderline rude on several occasions, we also had to ask for the bread that everyone around us had . Also from the time we sat down at our table to our appetizer coming out was over and hour and dinner was served about 15 mins after that. The food was good though. This was not the dining experience I was expecting, hopefully that was just one bad night.

Let me start out by saying that our server, Makayla, was great and our drinks were comped, but we won't go back to The Bays. To start, the host seemed bothered to deal with people and she wouldn't tell us an approximate wait time. We waited an hour to be seated and then learned that our server had to cover most of the patio herself. She was so apologetic! We waited forever on appetizers and our meal. We requested the kids meal, chicken tenders and fries, to come out asap and it came out an hour later with the rest of the food. We learned they had 3 teenagers in the kitchen bc they didn't expect the Saturday night crowd??? Several parties left bc the wait was so bad. The Mahi tacos were small filets and tasted fishy. The fries were very salty, and the sweet potato fries were cold. The burgers were ok, but just typical burgers. I don't like leaving bad reviews, but this experience warranted it. The social scene must be what keeps this place going bc waiting three hours for mediocre food is not bringing anyone back.

We were seated at an outdoor table at Bays. We sat there for almost 30 minutes and not one server approached us. A waitress walked by us at least 10 times and never once said anything to us, just continued to help the 2 tables next to us. it was not busy at all. We finally walked out in disgust. We will not be going back. Get your act together!

This is our third time at The Cellar Newnan and it did not disappoint! All the food was excellent, our server Chloe was awesome, and the host/sommelier was amazing. I highly recommend!

Pleasant atmosphere with a nice soft music duo. The service was excellent. All entrees were excellent. Would be nice to have a wider selection of "by the glass" wine options.

All staff were friendly and efficient. We were seated quickly at a great table. Our server never made us feel rushed but also never made us wait. The food was presented very well and proved to be just as delicious.

Felt a little rushed on new years eve. Soups and salads all came out with the entrees. Not the best timing. All in all we love the cellar. But people don't want to feel like a number or like they are attending a convention dinner on these busy occasions - like new years and Valentine's Day. Get em in get ‘em out is not a good approach.

We dined at The Cellar on 2/23/23 for our anniversary. The service was fabulous and our dinner was delicious. We received a gift certificate for a free dessert with our next meal, which was a thoughtful surprise! The Cellar is our favorite restaurant in Newnan, along with The Bays at the Cellar for more casual dining. I'm also looking forward to attending an event at their gorgeous new special events facility, 21 Jackson Street.

Food was not good. Service was great. 3 of the 4 people who ate actually got sick once we got home( stomach sick). Nice place but for the price I would say less than 3 star. But our server was amazing. Entice and friendly That's as honest as I can be.

My wife and I split the Ribeye and get our own sides and it is a perfect dinner for two. The Heirloom tomato caprese salad with the fried green tomato is exceptional. I love their lobster bisque as well.

The food, service, & ambience was very pleasant. Best Lobster Bisque I have ever tasted. The spices placed on the salmon was not very tasty, although the size and texture was perfect. Only real disappointment was the turtle dessert with ice cream.

The hostess is always so nice, professional, courteous, and fun. When we made our reservation, we did not realize that the bar area was closed due to a private party... Thank goodness we didn't go early to hang out at the bar. Food ambience is always great.
