I generally expect the very worst whenever I go to any fast food restaurant--and why not? We're long past the days when you could reasonably expect a clean restaurant with friendly service and adequate quality. Now, you are lucky to get any one of those, and getting two or more is a rarity.That is why I'm taking time to write a five-star for this Arby's. I've been a few times in past year (both dine-in and drive-thru) and I've always had a positive experience.
Today's cashier was constantly working. When the customers are not at ordering counter, she was wiping the tables and floor. I don't know her name, but she was black young lady. She was polite and nice. I hope all workers are like her.

I’ve been working on a construction site nearby, so I’ve been getting lunch here semi-regularly. It’s pretty standard Arby’s fare, but what bumps this specific location to 5 stars for me is the customer service. The lady at the counter, Regina, is an absolute gem.
