It felt like the old timey place from the fifties. Except, no hot rods, no smoking, and no roller skates. The deals are still great, and the milkshake was fantastic with a cherry on top.

Placed an online order. Got charged the full price for everything even though they did not give me what I wanted the most and paid for. Was missing sauces and they were rude and I drove an hour round trip here to get less than half of what I ordered. They told me to refund it in the app, which is not an option. This was the note they left me. I sat there for 20 minutes waiting for them to come back with my item and they refused to give me a replacement unless I paid another $5

Food is trash, the service is terrible, and I've NEVER waited this long for junkfood in my life.... so no need to go back.... EVER!Response - The place to start dealing with your problems is obviously not online via a report, but right in your restaurants. The franchise owner? - I don't want to talk to him by any means at all - he obviously is not a hands on owner that cares at all about his restaurants. This location will likely be closed soon enough, there is never anybody in the lot day or night and I am NEVER dining again with this entire chain.

It always takes forever for someone to take your order and then you have to wait for them to cook it. You're going to be here at least 30 min and that's on a good day when they're "going fast." The drive through has been down as long as the ice cream machine at McDonald's. You're a whole franchise...rich...makes no sense. You're losing customers bc some don't have time to sit and wait an 15-30 min to wait for someone to answer the button call...when there are only like one other customer there. Sonics isn't a bad place but the employees there need to be trained properly and actually try to be a little faster!

I tried a new Sandwich Garlic Butter Bacon Cheeseburger combo w/ onion rings. It was delicious ? OMG! I was very impressed with the quality of the service. My food was servered to me fresh ?and Hot ? ?I didn't have to wait long and my server was kind and polite. I will definitely come back. I really enjoy the service and the meal. I give them 10 stars⭐ .
