The sandwich was ok. I went here specifically because I got a coupon in the mail. Then after standing in line for a bit, I noticed a little sign that said they were not accepting coupons. Disappointing, and I felt a little manipulated since I went here for lunch specifically because I had the coupon.
The staff is great, my orders are always right, the ingredients are always fresh. They don't participate in coupons or any of the national deals (like 5 dollar footlongs), which is the only reason I give 4 instead of 5.
