“We were staying a few days in Atlanta and walked to this little coffee shop. It had been highly recommended to us by our good friends. We took our dogs and sat on the patio. I ordered a vegan biscuit and vegan sausage. A smiling gentleman brought it out, and he had given us an extra vegan, blueberry scone. Everyone in our group enjoyed their food!The setup is outdoors and family friendly with an area for connect 4 and space to play with a ball. There are high chairs for little dinners.It's a place for everyone...Order, pay and take your number to your choice of table. The area is set down from the level of the street so kids can run around without getting into traffic too easily.“

“Rebel Teahouse is a crowning jewel of downtown Decatur. It is a cozy, charming spot where you will frequently see people studying or working, and where local artists and bakers pop up on the weekends. Rebel is kid-friendly, and always feels unapologetically queer. It is owned and operated by its self-proclaimed “proprietress”, Christine Nguyen.And the bubble tea! This bubble tea is exceptional. I’ve never had anything like the Dirty Rebel.I wrote this review in exchange for a pair of eclipse glasses! “If there was one thing about this place that might put you off it’s the costumed character who walks around and talks to you in a vaguely French accent but, lighten up, the quality of my grits and the coffee was top of the line and this kind of attention to detail never hurt anyone.I will definitely be back. The Saint New Orleans grits is right up there in my top 5 of all time.“

“Mokhaport is a coffee shop featuring Ethiopian and Yemini coffee and teas. They also offer smoothies and food items with a sizable quantity of Halal, Vegan, Gluten-Free, and Soy-Free offerings. The majority of their food is made in-house. Mokhaport has an intimate seating area with Wifi and a generous number of electrical outlets. Mokaport has some of the best customer service for a coffee shop. The owner is friendly and willing to answer questions and provide recommendations regarding the menu offerings. You are actually provided a sample of your coffee/tea item before it is finalized. My go-to drink is the Dirty Adani (Sweet Yemini Chai with a shot of coffee) with brown sugar and oat milk. Pro tip: save your receipt via text, which makes it easier to duplicate your beverage order once you have found the perfect drink. I visit this coffee shop every time I am in the area, as the coffees, teas, and service are impeccable. I am looking forward to trying the smoothies, cheesecake, and some of the savory food products like the beef patty and cheese pastry.“

They do just a few things and they do it well.The chicken was seasoned and savory, the waffle was fluffy and the syrup was just the right bridge between for them both. “I am in town for a work trip and glad I made a stop for brunch here. Chance was welcoming, greeting me when I entered, brought me my meal/coffee, and checking on my experience during my meal. The Sweet Potato latte & Thee Omni Bowl was excellent. The experience was extremely unique and creative. The service, the feeling of being welcomed and appreciated really separates this as one of my favorite spots that I have been to. This is a great spot to gather and enjoy company. Well done!“

“I thought Ibwas having an allergic reaction in my eyes, but whole time it was because the food taste SSSSSOOOOO GOOD. I dont know where mom learned to cook, but she needs to teach a class. The food here is SO DAMN GOOD, its almost annoying. I usually don't try different meals at places, out of fear my money would be wasted cause it won't be good, but at D'essence EVERYTHING SO GOOD. I get chills every time I order and get my bag. I cant even help the praise footwork that happens when the food comes out. Their food looks like the photos. Usually restaurants get professional photos and the food never looks the same ??, but D'essence looks like the photos and taste that good. My husband found that there is Paris baguette near our place and took me there on a weekend. what a lovely place to just have a sip of hot coffee and bite into the bestttt pastries everrr!! The space is great with available seating and sufficient plugs to charge. The food was great.. I got the Breakfast Burger and Chai Latte and my friend got the Crunchwrap with the Good Times Latte. We raved about our food!! We will be returning The service was very patient with us while we decided on what to order and quick service! Would 10/10 recommended for a cafe date or to spend some time away from the typical WFH life!“

Not only does he have a fully furnished bike workshop shed, but he runs a bike shop over in Decatur. A few minutes later, I'm back on the road. “This was my first time at this cafe and everything was great :) the staff was super kind and patient with me as i decided. you can tell they really know their stuff and are proud to serve it. I typically don’t leave reviews, but what really made me want to leave a review is I can appreciate a good latte; but this was a great latte. Perfect flavor to espresso ratio, the milk was steamed to the perfect temperature. Pumpkin muffin was soooooo good. If the staff couldn’t find you when they called your name they would go to you which was super sweet. Definitely will be back!“

The staff has always been very nice.Parking: It's only 3 spots officially for them but you can technically park in the street... its not a comfortable fit.
