“Absolutely fantastic comfy chicken biscuit and gravy. Some of the best breakfast in Atlanta! Also, honorable mention to maybe the best Arnold Palmer I’ve ever had”

“Fantastic food. While it may appear a limited menu, there are a number of items off menu including the street food items and daily items. That said, there's not one thing on the menu that will disappoint. The nuts are delicious and the addition of chili and fried kaffir lime leaves combine for a sublime flavor. Spiced pork and pineapple kebabs had a huge depth of flavor and spicy warmth. The crispy rice salad is probably one of the best salads I've ever eaten. The fish was amazing, cooked to perfection in a warm thick spicy sauce that was the perfect complement and more than sufficient for two. Cocktails were both strong and great. Prices excluding drinks were just over $50 each, so great value.”

“So consistent, so good—it’s one of the only places in town we always enjoy. The menu changes often and seasonally but they always keep a few staples. Can’t go wrong with anything you try. Service is great, drink selection is great, tiramisu is extra great!”

“Cooks & Soldiers is a Basque tapas spot, very conveniently located across the street from my hotel, the Bellyard. I had made a reservation about a month in advance, but they do have a bar so I don't think you'll have trouble getting a spot for an early dinner if you just walk in. They sat me at a table, despite the bar being open, so I really appreciate that. My waitress was great - she gave wonderful recommendations and answered all my questions about the menu. I had two dishes and it was more than enough for just me. The Arroz con Mariscos was a pretty big portion and was definitely jammed packed with goodies like giant chunks of butter poached lobster. The artichoke was woody and Smokey and came with the best sauce. I also had a mocktail, the El Carino, which has strawberry, basil syrup, lemon, and ginger beer. It was lovely - super tart and very refreshing.”

“JenChan’s is one of my favorite restaurants! The food and cocktails are delicious. I have not had a dish there that I didn’t love. The margarita pizza, rice bowls, and ginger margaritas are my favorites! Not only is the food amazing, the service and employees are absolutely wonderful. A 10/10 must try restaurant!”

“All of the food and drinks were beyond excellent, from cocktails through dessert. Our server (Luke?) was one of the best we've ever encountered: ready when needed but not "lurking" and knew the menu backward and forward. His recommendations were spot on. One of the best meals our family has had in Atlanta and we've lived here 20 years.”

“As always, La Grotta remains one of the best Italian restaurants around. The atmosphere is classy, so please dress accordingly, as people go for both the atmosphere as well as the food/vino. The super tuscan vino is great if you are looking for a new wine to try, you can order a glass or the bottle (I recommend bottle if there are 3+ in your party it ends up being cheaper than individual glasses). The sacchetti as well as the pappardelle are both wonderful dishes. The gnocchi is cooked perfectly if you are a gnocchi fan.”

“Dinner on a Tuesday night at the Kimball house was wonderful. Loved the decor inside and overall ambience. My party enjoyed everything we ordered especially the entrees, they were all excellent and difficult to pick a favorite between the tenderloin, duck and snapper. The grilled oysters were a little different than the typical Parmesan garlic but they were amazing as well. I think the weakest dish for me was the fried shrimp. The pieces were small and seemed like a lot of breading. We didn't order dessert here and elected to walk over to butter & cream for dessert. Would definitely come back for dinner again!”

“My fiancé and I LOVE Georgia Boy! If we could afford it we would come every month. The service is fantastic, wine and cocktail list is unique but best of all the food you will have is so unique and creative and delicious! I don’t know how they come up with the ideas but they are so fun. You must try Georgia Boy!”

“Located in Home Park we happy to see that the location was not difficult to get to. There was a parking garage around the corner however there is complimentary valet service which is always a relief. The dining room has several rooms with different views my husband and I were sat in a room full of windows which was nice. My husband and I were in for our anniversary and decided to try one of the new Michelin recommended restaurants. We came for a 5:30 reservation and left close to 8:15. The service was decent however there was several times that we said " ummmmm where is our waitress?" But I think the staff does a good job of working as a team. We started off with some drinks I got the Miller Time ( a nice light and refreshing gin cocktail) and my husband got a beer. We were very impressed with the beer menu they had lots of our favorites and was certainly a nice treat for him. For starters we had the hush puppies ( cooked well, with a chutney on top and a nice creamy sauce underneath), The Farm Baked Egg( a staple to the restaurant, deliciously creamy with outstanding sourdough toast) and, the Local Lettuce Salad( I really loved how the ingredients were the star of the show with this salad. It was by no means underdressed but it was well balanced enough that you could enjoy all of the in season veggies), for dinner I had the Pork schnitzel( I was a little disappointed by this one the sauce was unlike any I have ever had and was heavy on the citrus while the collards were difficult to eat because they were so tough, the pork itself was pretty standard although, I had always thought schnitzel was supposed to be pretty thin this was not. The dish was highly recommended but I think it just wasn't for me) my husband had the duck leg ( which was cooked very nicely and he was very satisfied with the overall dish) for dessert we were gifted some glasses of Prosecco ( very sweet to include for our anniversary) to go with the vanilla cake( very moist and was paired with island flavors), the lemon bar( pleasantly bright with a raspberry sorbet and grapefruit mouse. I loved everything about this dish there was so many bright puckery flavors but it was not overwhelming.) and, the Dessert cheese course( lovely selection on cheeses the only thing that was off to me is the strawberries were not sweet at all.... It was a little sad). I also ordered a cappuccino which unfortunately had no foam on top paired with their hazelnut liquor which was very good. All in all it was a good experience.”

“Las Delicias de la Abuela is a casual restaurant serving great comfort Columbian food. It is located in Doraville, next to the Buford Highway Farmers Market. It is a mile from the Dorvaille MARTA station, (but you can also take the 124, 35, 20, or 10B buses). Las Delicias de la Abuela has the casual vibe of a family reunion, even equipped with picnic tables. There are televisions everywhere, and I understand live music. I was greeted and seated immediately. Food and beverages came out very quickly. The staff were extremely friendly, happy to make recommendations on food and beverages, and forgiving of my awkward Spanish skills. Maleja recommended the blackberry juice, Carne de la Parrilla (skirt steak), and Passionfruit Mousse, and I added an order of Arepas. The blackberry juice was tasty and not too sweet. I took it home, and it mysteriously disappeared before I could reopen the refrigerator (apparently my husband enjoyed it as well). The carne a la parrilla was perfectly prepared, very juicy, and flavorful. It was so cravable, I ate the whole thing with no regrets. The steak came with two sides, and I selected the salad and sweet plantains. The salad, which was actually guacamole, was surprisingly tasty. The avocado was mild and creamy and well blended with lime juice, tomatoes, and onions. I don’t eat guacamole. But I tore this up! The plaintains were good, but other items were memorable. The passion fruit mousse is for those with a sweet tooth. But it was super tangy and creamy. I can’t wait to go back, as I want to come for breakfast. There are also so many lunch and dinner items I want to try, including the empanadas and margaritas.”

“Enjoyed a meal with family for my daughter's 30th birthday this past Saturday. The food and service were absolutely outstanding! For a special occasion, Marcel is a go-to without question, but a bit too pricey for day-to-day dining in Atlanta in my opinion. Party of 6 was just under 4 figures and I brought my own wine for the occasion, corkage of which was provided gratis, thank you, much appreciated. With that said, for a hallmark experience, Marcel is exceptional, and our evening lived up to every bit of that expectation. Nick, our primary server, was superbly knowledgeable on food, drink and wine options and super helpful in guiding each of us to a wonderful, personalized culinary experience. Melinda was excellent, too, always attentive and available, adding significantly to the experience. The rest of the serving team did a fantastic job, as well. Absolutely brilliant service from beginning with cocktails in the bar to dessert at the table. All in all, one of my favorite places to dine in Atlanta, and certainly if you are a steak fan. I would highly recommend Marcel, with the caveat that you prepare yourself for a wonderful evening, while not being surprised when the check arrives.”

“We were staying a few days in Atlanta and walked to this little coffee shop. It had been highly recommended to us by our good friends. We took our dogs and sat on the patio. I ordered a vegan biscuit and vegan sausage. A smiling gentleman brought it out, and he had given us an extra vegan, blueberry scone. Everything about this little coffee shop was so welcoming and warm. The food was wonderful and the atmosphere was perfect. I highly recommend it.”

“The dishes are inventive and delicious, but there were only a couple that were "wow-worthy." There were some plating issues that left me thinking if they had someone working the pass to inspect dishes before they left the kitchen. For example, for one dish I had an errant medallion of fish sitting on the rim of my plate, and during another course one of my dining partner's dishes had a "splatter" sauce as the base of the dish while the rest of us had an elegant "swoosh" of sauce. The fish and scallops were overcooked, too. That being said it was still a great experience. We did the tasting menu and I had a classic wine pairing. The pairing was hit and miss but mostly hits; there were some unexpected wines that I can only describe as a bit funky but they paired well with the dish served alongside them. The sommelier was helpful and great at fielding any questions I had. I loved all the details about each selection. The staff are kind, efficient, and helpful at every opportunity. The only feedback I have is better coordination for service is needed but this is just a minor point. We're very happy to have experienced Atlas and would recommend it to fellow food lovers as a solid option for those in the Buckhead area looking for fine dining.”

“We were lucky enough to have Antoinette as our waitress. She is so good with people. Immediately one of my guest replied how nice it is to have such a cheerful, helpful person to wait on you. I enjoy taking out of town quest to Polaris. It is always special for the view and the food which has its own special presentation. If you add the fact your waitress who treats you so personable, there are no doubts of a great memories.”

“The food was great and the service was exceptional. Compared to Hayakawa, Mujo seems to have a bit more of a modern take. The ambience was moody and the restaurant was constantly buzzing with conversation and laughs. I loved the presentation, the staff, and the quality.”
