“Loretta's food is extremely good (as evidenced by the wrap around drive thru line), but their customer service is over the top! They know my voice at the drive thru mic/speaker and know what my regular order is. If I skip the popular drive thru line and go in, and if they see me coming, they often have my order ready to go and waiting for me at the cash register. Just awesome people inside! (Yes, Daniel and Maria, I'm talking about you!)“

“We ordered to start with Brie wrapped in puff pastry with amazing sauces & candied walnuts & raisins...Amazing flavor combinations. Had the salmon and shrimp dishes. Shrimp dish was very rich but extremely tasty. Topped it off with a hot skillet cc cookie with caramel & ice cream. Always such a wonderful treat to have this quality of food in our area!“

“They helped us pull off a birthday celebration from out of state. Rachel, their event manager was SO VERY HELPFUL and communicated often with me. She went above and beyond to make this a special, and beautiful occasion for our mom's 80th birthday party. I was able to ship decorations, and she had them ready for us. “First time here today. Very nice establishment, clean, fresh looking. Very impressed with staff and friendliness. Food was great, hot and fresh. There is a little bit of a wait but well worth it. Had the fried chicken and waffle, others had the smoked chicken. Everyone was happy with their food.Wheelchair accessibility: Must park in front of convenience store next door but short distance to restaurant. Bathrooms also handicap accessible“

“4-21-24 When we pulled into the parking lot at Papa Jack's, it was a mad house. People were trying to park while others were in line for the drive- thru. When you walk in, you stand in line like in a cafeteria. They have their menu on a board of what they're serving on that day. I had the pot roast ($1.50 extra & they were very frugal with the potatoes & carrots), mac & chz, cabbage & cornbread. For 3 of us, it was $42+ a tip, which = $50. The cashier asked for a tip & I'm not even sure who it went toward considering we had to carry our own food... We did meet a man & had lunch with him. It was nice meeting & talking with you, Dave!! ☺️ Hopefully, we will cross paths with you again soon while here in Buford.“

“Beautiful Place with Great Food, Great Service, and Clean Bathrooms!We had a party of 12, and our table was put together for us quickly. Our server smiled the entire time, and was very patient with the kids and constant things we needed.The food was delicious, and you are served honey butter croissants as you wait to eat. There’s a large fish tank for kids to see if they are bored, too. “My favorite chicken salad! All of the flavors I’ve had are very good. My favorite is the sassy scotty and the classic carol. The drive thru is so convenient and my wait time has always been short at this location whether it’s lunch time or dinner time. The staff is always polite. I like the options available. Each serving is a standard scoop size with options for sandwiches and different bread types. The strawberry lemonade is so good!“

“The food is great, service is usually always great, the young hostess with the long blonde hair was grumpy. She tried to sit us outside without asking if we wanted to sit outside. I politely asked her if we could sit inside. She stood there for few seconds with a look of disgust and annoyance. Some people have bad allergies and can’t sit outside this time of year she should ask guests what their preference is and then not give them an attitude about not wanting to sit outside. It made it very uncomfortable and unprofessional of her.“

My daughter was served a creme brulee dessert for her birthday and she said the crust was very hard to get right and it was executed perfectly here.“

“Went in for lunch after seeing a quiet humorous and entertaining review regarding one of the wait staff there. Well, let me say that Clara far exceeded the expectations set by the review of winter. Also enjoyed the coffee and cocoa rubbed brisket and the BBQ sauce with it more than expected. The flight of GA made bourbon were a bit on the pricey side but the bourbon was good. I'm not sure I wasn't overcharged on the flight.“

“Great spot on Lake Lanier with comfy outdoor seating!! Food is delish and staff is friendly, overall a great spot!! Had Sunday Brunch buffet which was a great deal (although some of the food was cold as the buffet is served outside; a warming system of some sort would be helpful). Will be back!!!“
