Stepping into Halsa, you're immediately greeted by an ambiance that's both inviting and chic. I always see the friendliest face with the curliest hair- I think her name is Darcy? She always offers the best menu ideas and is always quick to help me with anything. The menu is a treasure trove of culinary delights, each dish more tantalizing than the last.
