“The restaurant was immaculate and clean! Their Health Score is 99, which was amazing! Their chicken is so delicious! I had their Snow Onion Drumsticks. Wow, is all I can say! Their Caesar Salad was very tasty and tossed perfectly in dressing. I loved their Pickled Radish as well. The gentleman that took my order was very friendly and pleasant. So happy I tried them for the first time. Will be a regular customer!“
“I had really good traditional wings here today for lunch. I got “nuclear” as my wing sauce but I wouldn’t say that it is any hotter than medium-hot flavors at other places. It’s a great flavor for the wings though. They were served with ranch. They had no problem with my request of all flats. I do not think there was an extra charge for that. Dining room area was mostly empty and clean. Drink machine was one of those Coke dispensers with tons of options. Overall a very good experience.“

“We came around 8 pm and ordered through the drive through. There was one car at the window when I placed my order. I waited 15 min for the previous car to get their food and then another 17 for my order. The teenagers playing around behind the counter did not seem concerned about the wait times of their drive thru. The dining room was empty as well from what I could see. Once I received my order part of it was wrong as well. I personally will not be visiting this location again but maybe they have better help and management during daytime hours. I still love Zaxby's but some locations are definitely not on the same standards.“
“The food was great but the wait was long. I ordered in the drive-thru and was asked to pull up for them to bring it out. After five or six minutes passed I backed up a fee feet to the window again since nobody else was in line. They told me I could not wait there because of time line limits or something like that. I pulled back up to wait an additional five minutes before they brought my food.“
“Food is fresh and fast. The restaurant is always nice and clean. I frequently visit this location due to the top notch service and being remembered each time I come. Corey always remembers my name and that makes my day. Penny is great to she is super friendly and personable.“
“To be fair I went back to Zaxby's even though I had a bad experience the last time.. My daughter insisted we give them another try.. This time the experience was good we enjoyed the food and fairly priced. I just wished they had more options on the menu..( also keep the Philly!!)“
“While passing through town, I always wanted to stop here and finally got the chance to. Me and my cousin had just finished a job and were headed home. We have a Big Chic in our town and wanted to see this one. This one has a larger menu and seemed to specialize in hot wings instead of individual pieces of chicken. I liked the atmosphere and wanted to dine in. The place was empty. We got to the counter, and the lady behind the register looked like she was bothered that customers came in, not too friendly or polite. We looked over the menu and ordered and paid. She gave the order to the cook who said she would have to cook it to order, which we didn't mind. Finally, I jokingly asked the cashier if she could smile, which she didn't. We went to sit down, and she went back to her phone and taking drive through orders. While waiting, we saw numerous signs saying, "We're glad you're here." Which was funny because the cashier didn't seem to feel that way. We got our orders about 10-13 min later. Our food was great, hot and fresh. We finished our food and thanked the cashier for having us. My only advice to this establishment would be to have more friendly staff to be the first person you see coming in and to live up to their sign of being glad we came.“
“It was close to the end of the night. I’m sure they wanted to get out of there and instead of giving me some chicken nuggets they were sitting there for a while he was like ma’am I’m so sorry. Can you just wait and I’ll fry you up some new ones. Customer service the A+ there and because I had to wait, he gave me two strawberry biscuits and two large sweet teas. Super nice always fresh food love it.“
“So, the chicken strips were good as always. The biscuit was alright, but had a sweet taste to it. Probably has something to do with the strawberry biscuits. The coleslaw was meh. But the girl that took care of me at the register today was great. She was a shift leader, and I was there at around 7:30pm on 3/24/24. I wasn't clear about my order, and after I questioned it, she offered to just add the items I wanted at no charge since there was not much of a price difference. I told her no, but I'd be happy with just a biscuit. She then let me know it really was no problem, so I was like okay, sure. She added the biscuit and side to my order no charge, and was super friendly. I feel like that's rare nowadays. Generally, if I make a mistake when I order, I'm made to understand that if I didn't do a good job ordering, I deserve what I get. Next in line please.“
“Good fries! So, of the things I've had so far, I'll give you a rundown... Fried Avocado Salad- excellent! Crispy, whole fried avocado stuffed with Gouda (a mild, melting Gouda). Rosemary pepper fries- my fave! Good seasoning, fries are really tasty. In addition they have a soft bar by the drink machine and their ranch is really good with these fries. The Bacavo sandwich with grilled chicken fillet- mediocre, not enough flavor to me. I'm not a chicken sandwich kinda person but it looked good and I wanted to try it. Lettuce was fresh but wet and got some of the bun a little soggy. Cajun seasoned fries- I love their fries the Cajun seasoning has a little kick to it but it wasn't very flavorful, so I'll stick with the rosemary pepper, though they have other seasonings I will try. Chicken tenders- good flavor, nice crispiness. Anxious to try their custards! Their staff is friendly and I love that they have a variety of sauces you have access to by the drink machine. Clean, good location and easy parking.Vegetarian options: They have salads, and an avocado sandwich.“
