“The store is clean and well kept. It is an amazing addition for Perry. The staff was friendly and answered our questions about their products. The soft ice cream tasted so good. I highly recommend for anyone looking for something cold and sweet to visit this place.“
“My family and I stopped here while on a road trip for Blizzards. Our first cashier was very kind, patient, and helpful in making sure we got the deal from the mobile app to work, which i appreciated. But the primary reason I'm leaving a review is because another cashier - a young man I'd guess to be still in high school - took the time to ask if we were traveling, where from, etc. He was respectful and genuine, and it struck me how lost this simple form of communication is these days. I wish more people took little moments like these young employees did to be polite and kind and treat cusotmers as guests, not just as transactions.“
“The two ladies that helped us order today around 4:00 were incredible! They were kind, patient, helpful and full of knowledge. They took the time to explain the concept of gelati, told us their favorite flavor combinations, and patiently let us try them until we found what we wanted. The product was delicious but the service was better! We will be back ❤️“
“I found this little gem on a facebook post, and was sold the moment I walked in! I needed a small space for a party that was affordable, and this place hit the nail on the head. The owner was kind, attentive, and everyone from the party LOVED the ice cream! The also loved the prices of the ice cream too! “I was very impressed with the courteous lady taking orders. She was very bubbly & greeted her customers with a big smile & a jolly hi or hello....may I help you. Your facility was clean, even though there was ball game & band competitions with a lot of outside people. I don't think anyone or anyplace is perfect. There's always room for improvement. That being said, I very, very rarely give a 5. Another note, the floors,especially restroom, were dangerously slick. Might need to work on that but it did not affect my rating“
“Love this place and the flavors…never had any customer service issues and have been going 1-2 times weekly for the last couple of months.Sadly I don’t think I will be returning…only because what I believe was a misunderstanding between myself and the manager. I was bringing in a larger container because once you’ve added in your mix ins, the ice cream is very soft and partially melted. If you want hot fudge or hot caramel, half of the ice cream is now soup… which I totally don’t mind. I like ice cream soup! Except by the time I get to the car and I stick my spoon in it, it spills all over the sides onto my clothes in the car seats. The cups are simply not big enough to contain melted ice cream (though they are adequate when the ice cream is frozen). I was informed that I could not bring in a container for them to put the ice cream into for health reasons. Which I understand…it’s not even their decision...health regulations. However, during the conversation, it appeared like the manager was insinuating that I was trying to get extra add-ins with that bigger container…. Which I totally wasn’t. I was simply trying to manage a melted ice cream overflow onto my clothes with a larger vessel, etc.But overall love the ice cream and the staff has been lovely to me.“
“We showed up just as they were opening for the day (oops! coulda' checked the hrs. and waited a few minutes). However, genuinely greeted by the young gentleman and got to enjoy the BEST Ices in the Eastern States. A fantastic treat anytime, but definitely the ice-ing on the cake on a morning after at Little League practice. KUDOS.“
